My husband and I were looking into buying our first home in the Mesa area, before we made our purchase the current owners allowed us to get the roof inspected. After calling multiple roofing businesses and getting the run around or being told that it would take a couple weeks to come out, I was frustrated! So I turned to Google, that's when I found The Roofing Company. Upon calling I felt like I was immediately being taken care of. The woman that answered the phone was actually the owner of the company and very pleasant to talk to. She scheduled my free estimate three days from the day I was calling!!! Fast forward, a man named Shane called me early the morning of my estimate, he said he was going to be running a few minutes behind and wanted to make sure that was going to still work out with my schedule. Actually it worked great for me, I was running late as well! Upon his arrival he informed me what he was going to be looking for and as I watched him, he did his job with care and was very respectful. As he came off the roof he said there were a few broken tiles and that they could be fixed in no time at all. That was great news. I went back to the home owners and told them of the findings, they then called The Roofing business and scheduled to get the tiles repaired. The homeowner thanked me for finding such a good, prompt company!
Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! And for future reference I will be keeping there business card and information to use and pass along!

This company is a disaster: poor management/supervision; poor organization; absolutely poor communication; and, poor value. From the beginning to the multiple trips here to repair leaks and more leaks and finish work that was never done, or not done well. We have called the owner, a personable man when he quotes and gets your business, after that you are on your own. No customer service. No concern about a job well done. For example, we discovered that there was no supervisor on our job, so that is why the workmanship was so bad. The owner admitted that much. Be careful.

Alison, the owner of Paragon Exteriors, made the experience of re-roofing my house easy. From beginning to end, Alsion arranged everything from the estimate and thorough explanation of costs to roof and gutter replacement, handling all interactions with the roofers--as well as dealing with my insurance company! Her crew was on time and finished the job on schedule. When Alison was finished, my yard was immaculate and could not even tell that any work had been done! I want to thank universal roofing specialist for traveling out to California to inspect my boss' roof and install a new roof and be soo patient with the cities permits because we know how that can be. I'm so glad I contacted Trident. I had just gotten a quote from another roofer saying that I needed a full roof replacement. I asked Seth for a second opinion. He came the very next day and inspected the roof for me. He keep me looped in with pictures and text messages. This was especially useful since I am out of state and this is a rental home. No new roof was needed, but he recommended a few minor thing that could be resealed.
