Best Exterior Painting in Phoenix AZ

I couldn't be happier with the work John did on our roof. We just bought our house from snowbirds who looked to have deferred some maintenance on the house (hardly occupied it during the last few years of their ownership). Our flat roof needed a bit of work - there was quite a bit of blistering, one big low area, and even exposed foam where the elastomeric completely wore off.

I got about 5 quotes, and John's was the most reasonable. A few other companies bid work that was unnecessary and one company bid work that wasn't adequate repair. That company wanted to do an elastomeric patch, after cutting off the blisters/bubbles. Everyone else bid spraying extra foam after repairing blisters/bubbles. My understanding is that elastomeric is meant to protect the foam and it is mean to reflect heat from the roof. The foam is actually what acts as the seal from water.

John bid what was required and had a very reasonable price.  He is conscientious and did the work right away. And his work is one of the best I've ever seen.  We haven't had any issues, and he warranties his work and we know we can contact him.

He also replaced one of the skylights for me at also a very low cost. There was a minor crack that I figured we might as well address.  I was on the roof when he replaced it, and it's a good thing I was there. I got to see that the crack was actually much worse once the window was removed (much of the crack was concealed while installed).

He is truly one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I am happy that the skylight and roof are one of the things I can strike off the list of home repairs.  Best part - the white elastomeric has noticeably cooled down our house.

After discussing my needs with him (home exterior paint job), and working with my HOA, final colors were chosen.

Charles and his team came to the house on time and completed the project early.   They did an outstanding job.   Their post work cleaned up was perfect.  I was extremely happy with the overall professionalism from him and his team.

Dean and his crew are awesome! After some recent storms we discovered a bad leak in our very old roof and knew we were going to have to get a whole new roof. We started bidding out the project, meeting with multiple roofers and not only did Dean have the best numbers but we were also able to get the entire exterior painted as well! And not only was the pricing great but I was told it would take a week and a half to 2 weeks to do ALL of the work which sounded great (again an entire roof, a ton of wood replaced, completely painted, an entire exterior makeover!) so imagine how even better it was when they started Monday and were pretty much done on Friday!! Amazing!! These guys deserve more than 5 stars!!

I called George Keith, because I had a leak in my roof.  He came out right away, immediately identified the problem, and explained how he would fix it.  He also identified other roof issues that could lead to leaks in the future.  Turned out that I really needed my roof resealed.  He had his crew out the very next day, fixing and resealing my roof.  He's very professional, prepared, and responsive.  This is the man you want to trust with your roof.

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

My wife found this add on social media about this company and boy am I glad she reached out to them. Wife is always right and she proves it again this time around. I finally called Terry cause being the man of the house I gotta know things and stuff and glad I did. He had great customer service and the guys he sent out Manuel and his crew did such an amazing job on my house. I am beyond excited about the great work they did. Very fast, efficient and showed they cared about my house and I just can't say enough great things about them. I would 10/10 times recommend them to anybody and everybody. Robert is great but I did not get his crew.  Instead his subbed to a rookie who had an unskilled crew.  Began ripping things apart before I got to the site and tore off good decks and filled my dumpster with the debris.  Left and did not come back to build until I called to cancel the contract since he held up for the project for a month.  

Did not seal windows with insulation and did not seal where exterior wall rebuilt.  Everything leaked in first rain.

Great for small projects but not for a remodel.

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]
