I called Cory about 6 in the evening to repair my kitchen power due to the fact I couldn't use my outlets. Cory found the issue right away and showed me how serious aluminum wire can be if not installed properly. He corrected the issue and the price and service were amazing. I would definitely recommend Cory Farrell Electric to all my friends and family and will use him for my office projects.

Stetson and his apprentice, Sammie showed up on time, ready to work at my rural Truck Park. They were professional, focused, and got the job done correctly and promptly, including back breaking trenching and shovelling. Hard to find electricians willing to do the dirt work, but Stetson and Sammie did it. Good communication throughout, and reasonably priced too. They have my highest recommendation!

They installed some lights under my kitchen counters and a flood light on my patio. They were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. They kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted and offered multiple ways to get it done. They did great work and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Excellent work by Adam and his helper. Replaced old, poorly wired breaker panel with new one. Installed three overhead light fixtures, oven exhaust hood, and new programmable thermostat. Adam was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will use this company again.

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

We were having issues with one of our ceiling fans, and being electrical, wanted to get it looked at right away. I called numerous companies, but Jackson Electric where the only ones willing to fit us in the same day. Berto called to let me know he was on his way and upon arriving immediately started. He listened to my concerns on what we thought was causing the problem ( remote control box inside the fan), but before removing the housing for the remote control, he checked all the bulbs to make sure it wasn't that. After removing the housing, he let the fan/light run to ensure that the issue wouldn't repeat itself. I feel that he was committed to resolving the issue, not just to get in and get out. Even though it turned out to be a quick fix, he didn't put any less time or effort into the job. I am very satisfied with the company as a whole, and will not only use them again( if needed) but I have no problem recommending them to anyone needing an electrician. I've always had great service from American Electrical. They did electrical work on my new (old) condo purchased last fall, including running new wires for various appliances and installing light fixtures. They rewired my old home and replaced the panel about 13 years ago, plus installed a plug for our generator. Every interaction has been professional and I've always thought their prices were fair!

Called three days before Thanksgiving -- with two overhead lights not working. Got an appointment for the next day. Damon called to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly identified the problem and replaced two dimmer switches. The repair was done well and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely call Crawford Electric in the future. Great experience.

An elderly friend needed some extensive electrical repair & fixture replacement. They were promptly there when they said they would be & were even better when they returned to do the work & found out there were more fixtures purchased for install than we originally told them. Although they had to split the install into two visits, it was still a most pleasant experience. They are the most courteous, kind, patient people I have had to deal with in customer service in a very long time. If you want high quality work and a level of customer service hard to find in today's environment, call them, you won't regret it!!

I am pleased with Empire Electric's work. Michele Speaker, who answers the office phone, seemed very educated about the industry, answered my numerous questions, gave me a verbal quote over the phone and promptly e-mailed the estimate. After receiving comparable estimates, we hired them to do a few kitchen and bath projects at our home. What also helped convince us to use Empire was the Yelp deal they are currently running: $60 for $120 worth of work!

On the scheduled day, after having a job canceled, the two-man team arrived early. They looked over the work to be done and got started promptly. They were hard-working and thorough.

Michele and I had a slight miscommunication about the color I preferred for the newly installed light dimmer plate. But I simply called the office and she personally drove to our home within the hour and dropped off the correct colored plate. That's what I consider exceptional customer service!

The only thing I didn't care for was that one of the electrician techs smoked and took 2 or 3 smoke breaks while on the job. Electric work is charged by the half hour, so I didn't appreciate that he took those [expensive] breaks on my dime.

Altogether though, I do recommend Empire for your electrical needs.

Expert in all thing electric related to pools. Did a great job in getting my Hayward light system upgraded and up and running.

We received a quote for almost $3k.  Their estimates was more than quadruple two other estimates from other national and local reputable companies.  Plus, they claim to charge for the task rather than the amount of time.  Which makes it difficult to understand if you are getting a fair market estimate. I'm convinced that there are other variables they use in their estimates, like home value, etc. We ended up getting the work done with a different company.  It took a total of 3 hours to complete, which is being generous as the tech did have to stop for breaks and was rather talkative.  There's no way I was willing to pay $1k per hour to Mr Sparky.  I highly recommend shopping around for estimates as this company was significantly over priced from their peers.
