I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Recently my house had an electrical fire in the attic. I have renters but I actually live in another state. Fires are horrible and cause a great deal of work. Its tough in the summer to get anything done because companies are so backed up with work. I had a great experience with Henry the owner. He was very helpful to me and made sure the home was safe for occupancy fixing all the electrical wires that were damaged from the fire. I will be calling him in the future if we have any additional issues or work

Julio and his crew are outstanding. I moved here 2 years ago, and have used Echeverria Bros Electric  for my house, and  barn, and at least 6 different projects. Every time they came out,
the job was done quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Julio is really great to work with, and we would not use anyone else for any electrical work. We rest easy knowing the job is always done right. Whether big jobs or small, they are the best!

Our 11 yr old unit went out.  1st AC guy came and after many tries to diagnose the problem said it was a $5k repair.  So naturally I said I need a 2nd opinion.  Well next guy said we need a new unit: another $5000 bid.  So after some research we found Big Bear:  wow turns out we just needed a new capacitor a $186 part.  It went out and caused the compressor to overheat.... The compressor is fine.  He was here less than 45 min and did the repair.  Wow!!  After having it explained to me it seemed pretty basic.  When the capacitor goes out the compressor has to overcompensate and do more work.  So it overheated!!!  Anyhoo... I expect to have to replace these units one day but seriously a $5k bid for a $200 job is just plain robbery. #ibigbear

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

We were referred to Ferguson Electric by a close friend. I put a call into Doug and he quickly returned my call and set up a time to have my pool lights looked at and a GFCI that was continuously tripping. He personally came by along with another gentleman, and promptly repaired my issue. These guys are BEST IN CLASS and BEST IN BUSINESS as far as I'm concerned. We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

This company was referred to me by a contractor that I use.
I had an electrical outlet that arcing and this was not something to screw around with.

I called them and they came out the following day. They looked at everything and told me that I had a loose and fraying wire. They fixed everything and then checked it all again to make sure everything was working before they left.
It is been a couple months and I've had no problem with the outlet sense!

These guys seem like good old, hard-working country guys and I would trust them with any estimate or work they did. The price they charge was fair because I don't mess with electricity!
I don't feel that I was ripped off in any way.

A month after I receive the FAKE invoice and it was supposedly taken care of a woman called my cell phone 6 times in a row demanding I pay for work they did not perform or even show up for, after I got upset I started to use foul language. The owner responded by criticizing me on yelp about my curse words. This was an intentional SCAM and the lady was bound and determined to scam me out of money. I personally warn people of this business about being a scam artist.

By far the best electricians in Dallas. I've been contracting R-Squared Electric for both small/large residential and commercial projects for more than 5 years. To this very day, they have never let me down or failed to exceed my expectations by any stretch of the imagination.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the arrival window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

Customer service asked me to call them after a bad review. After being on hold for quite a while, they said would call back. That was 2 weeks ago.
Would not recommend.
