Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Fort Worth TX

I just replaced three outdated electric panels with one at my Highland Park home built in 1940.  These guys are the real deal and did a perfect job.  Rare to see this kind of quality and price.  Bravo Zulu!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.

Paid the $99 initial fee after there was damage to pool pump.  Technician said, no issues with wiring, need to call pool guys to come out.     Pool guys replaced filter and called Milestone back who did another assessment for $263.99.

After digging 5-8 inches into the ground, they said the wiring needs to be replaced and provided quotes to repair.

After looking at the lousy quotes ranging from $7500-$8000, which lacked detail, I called Milestone and waited for the tech to call me back so I could decipher his quotes.

After talking to the tech, it was clear this did not cover everything , including tearing up a pool deck, repouring it, etc.

The electrician was very junior and lacked any real skill.

I called another electrician and solved the problem by spending $500 on wiring and conduit and fixed it ourself in 5 hours.

Including photos as well so Milestone does not try to claim any inaccuracy..  

Stay away from this company.   Pathetic at best.

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGE.

I own rental properties and my usual plumber was not able to make the service that day so I called HSA thinking that they would address the issue immediately. They sent a technician the next day and he didn't have the parts to complete the job and rescheduled for a later fix. The tech still had issue with finding the correct shower cartridge and charged for the hours of his/her time figuring out the correct one. A total of 7 hours was charged for that simple fix and correcting lines under a sink. I've had these services before with other plumbers and it took half the time and cost. Gave them 2 stars because they did fix it, but it took them longer than it should and they charged for their own lack of knowledge/inventory.

This is the best AC company I have ever dealt with.  I have been using them for the past 5 years.  They have replaced both of my units.  I have had other companies come out and give me quotes but I always choose to go with Bear.  They aren't the cheapest but they definitely save me money.  I have had several issues with certain rooms being hot all the time while other parts of the house are ice cold.  Bear looked at the situation and explained exactly how to fix it and gave a quote.  He did the work and guess what ..... now all the rooms are the same temperature.  He is awesome.  HIGHLY recommend him.
