Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Fort Worth TX

Called out Schrader again this week to work on another issue. Prompt return call and quick response. They repaired the leak , which was pretty tricky since it was right at the water meter, on my side of course. They took photos for me so I could address the very high water bill from the City and gave me a detailed billing receipt that described the issue. These folks are professionals in every sense of the word.

I recently used ABC plumbing for a tub faucet and rough in replacement as well as outdoor hose bib. Amazing turn around. Jason was friendly , personable. Brian came out and was same, friendly , personable and wanting to do a good job. And did. Amazing work! I'd recommend and call again for any plumbing needs.

Today I had someone from True Plumbing come to help me with slow running drains in the master bath as well as the guest bath. The service tech was BRENT. He was excellent. He said he needed to check both sinks first to see what the issues were, then we would talk price. After looking at both sinks, he knew right away what the problem was with each sink. As long as he didn't need to use any equipment, there would be no charge. That is exactly what happened!  He was able to clear the drains with just his hands and didn't charge anything.  I wasn't even charged a service call fee. Thank you True Plumbing for hiring someone as honest as BRENT. I'm sure he could have made it seem worse than it actually was.

I cannot stress enough how much I like this company. They are responsive and organized They don't charge a visit fee and will assess and think of best way to address your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. Their employees are honest, thoughtful and compassionate about your issues. I don't know where they find these people but keep up the good work! Thank you!

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. We have twice (2017 & 2018) used the services of Legacy Plumbing and have not regretted our choice. Kelly McGinn was our technician both times. He and his apprentice were prompt, professional, honest, and helpful. Kelly offered us a very reasonable and competitive price to replace two hot water heaters and to have a couple of drains moved in two bathrooms. He also offered us tips on how to prevent water damage in our home. Kelly gave us his cell number and email in case we had any questions or concerns. The job was completed when he said it would be and for less money than was originally quoted. Additionally, his apprentice did a wonderful job of cleaning up both restrooms after the work was completed. I recommend Legacy Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again.

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING!  I feel fortunate that the plumber assigned to me was Jeremy Wilkerson.  He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Not only did he do a great job fixing my garbage dispoal, he also took the time to answer any and all questions that I had.  Additionally, he made sure that everything was as clean or cleaner when he left.  This included bringing a small towel to put on the floor under his toolbox. That was a very nice and unexpected touch.  I highly recommend Black Tie Plumbing and Jeremy Wilkerson.

To be honest I have not used AllAces Plumbing yet but I will in the future.  Jeff missed returning my call just by 45 mins.  I have to admit he was helpful when he did return my call and gave me very helpful advice.

I wish I did go with AllAces for my plumbing need but I was already too far along with the other plumber I contacted.  I have to say this plumber's pricing was very reasonable compared to other plumbers.

I needed to repair the main water service and was lucky enough to find one of the best plumbers in the DFW area, thanks to these reviews.  He responded promptly to my calls and texts; and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently.  I have recommended him to numerous family members and friends.  He does amazing work at affordable prices.

Side note:  He is always in VERY high demand; so, please Bee patient, it may be a few days before he can get out to help you - but know that it will definitely be worth the wait!

Very good customer service. When you have plumbing issues it's important that the plumber can also be able to educate you through the repair or job and that's exactly what this company does. Spent a lot time looking over all everything and finished the job in very professional manor, clean up, and fair pricing.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. This is a great company. I have used them exclusively many times. They are honest, competent, and trustworthy. As a pastor, I especially look for businesses that value integrity. This is truly a business that has that value. From the first phone call until your job is done, you will experience top-notch customer service and professionalism! These days, when there are so many fraudulent businesses on the market, stick with ones you know and trust. This is your place!

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.
