It's rare to find an electrician that gives you a specific time and not a window. And then shows up on time!  Very courteous and punctual.  Reuben fixed my wiring issues and pointed out items on my list that were actually in good repair. No up selling here.  He addressed all 3 items in 45 minutes. I had also heard a commercial for one of the franchised electricians that would replace all your lights with leds and, when I asked, promptly did a complete inventory for an emailed estimate. Everything was completed within an hour so I could get back to work. Great service!

Kevin did an outstanding job. I had to wire up a barn with a light and two outlets way out in the country. Kevin drove a long way (outside of his normal service area) to make it happen. Kevin did a great job. I would highly recommend you call him. He also does heating and air conditioning by the way.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. While searching for a Dallas Plumber in Google I found Circle-E at circle-e.com.  I called them right away and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff.

We called on Monday for an appointment for them to come out and unclog drain in our bathroom. They asked which day and time would be good and we said Thursday morning. They gave us a window of 11am to 1pm. Never a call to us during this time. Called them two times and said they were on an emergency and we were next in line. And she was just going to call me. Yeah right. Never heard from them again. Called again at 4:30 and said they were still on emergency and had never tried to call us. Terrible customer service. And what do they have, one plumber? We got there name from Home Advisors. Never again. I only had one day off this week and wasted it for nothing. Still can't use bathroom.

Had a serious residential electric over the long Memorial Day weekend. Wife called the national firms with their Free quotes that of course you end paying for. I reached out to David here. Explained my issue was able to send Jonathan his rock star electrician the following morning at 8 a.m.  Jonathan exceeded my very high electrical service knowledge and patience. In no time everything was fixed at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend reaching out to David. Keep it local. Keeping it reasonably priced for excellent work. Of course ask for Jonathan.

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.
