Great place to do business with. Always on time and the prices are reasonable. Located in arlington and they have many techs to get things done on time.

John knows what he's doing and doesn't overcharge. I am happy with the rewiring and fixture installation he did for us.

We had Chris install our ring doorbell. He is beyond kind and professional! He responded right away and came out the same day!! So grateful we found him to help us and definitely will not hesitate to use him again!

Jose responded very fast and was always very professional!  Him and his team came early and stayed late to get everything done! They went above and beyond what was requested and saved me a lot of time. I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs! They hung my TVs as well. We have used CM electric for several years and they consistently do quality work for a fair price.  Clint, the main electrician, is extremely punctual and professional.  We trust him completely with our electric work/needs around the house.  We have recommended CM electric to other family and friends and they have had equally positive experiences.

G&G came out to help fix an area of house that outlets/lights not working (not a GFCI or circuit problem). They were very professional and quickly found the problem and repaired. They were very reasonably priced. I will use them for future needs.

Super disappointed! Spoke with a really nice lady to schedule a time to visit. They were responsive. But they kept getting their visit times mixed up. I got a call that someone was on their way the day before the original scheduled time. Then I got a message someone was on their way and would arrive in 15 minutes on the day of. But an hour later they never showed. I had another appointment so I had to ask them to reschedule. Then I got a VM saying they got their times mixed up and would arrive before 12 the same day. The confusion and disorganization is not what I am looking for in a company tasked with managing the electricity in my home. I appreciate the frequent updates on arrival times. Just wish they would have actually arrived and on the day I took off work for them!

Tommie arrived on time and did a very good job of replacing my old box with a new one. The young man who came back the next day was not what I call a fast person. He was a bit on the slow side and when going for a part he didn't have was gone for over 2 hours. I would recommend Long only if this young man is not who takes care of you.

They expect a lot from the employees. Working whatever hours they decide that week. Benifits are nothing to brag about. There is nothing like working a holiday without getting paid overtime. Working late into the night to finish something that was promised out too early is a regular occurrence. Real lack of knowledge in the shop is a big problem. Management acts like they are involved one day but don't give two cents the next day. The company likes advertising they promote from within. The reason they like to do this is because they hire you making low wages and then they give you a less than market value raise and say you are promoted. They prefer employees that dont have drive and want to be peons so they will be ok with low wages. There are major safety issues in the shop. Working around hot wires with no PPE is common and expected. Paint booth traps almost no fumes and the shop is filled with paint fumes. Bake oven vent has been allowed to be inoperable for 6 months. Probably still not clearing fumes from the shop to this day.

Run, don't walk away from this company.  Project went on for months and was never finished because they didn't pay their bills and couldn't get anyone to show up and work.  Contractors asked for direct payment since they weren't being paid from Pro Electric & Lighting.  They don't answer calls and are untruthful.  Job never got completed.

Called & set up an appointment waited all day for nothing!! They never showed up nor had the decency to call & cancel or to reschedule! I called several times & left messages w/ Colton as did my husband! Gave them several wk's not days to call back & nothing!
