Had a great experience with TopTech. Communication and timing was spot on. Unfortunately I have never had to incur a similar expense before so I am not able to speak to that or say whether they were competitive on pricing (hence 4 stars). They did however do the job well and did not try to hide anything or oversell.

Quality service was provided at a fair price! That tech arrived on time, assessed the issue, & replaced an outlet plug!

JSR is great! Super fast response time. Josh Hobdy came to the house on time and sent me a text to let me know he was on the way. The work he did was perfect. I would recommend Josh and JSR to anyone who wants quality work done at a fair price.

We called for some replacments on light fixtures and some dimmer switches. Tom did an amazing job installing them. We plan on calling back for their fast and efficient service.

Charlie came out to take a look at our business signage that was having some lighting issues. He was able to take care of both of our LED signs and they look great!. I had a light fixture installed for a much lower price than other places I called. They came in and carved a hole then installed my light fixture. It only took an hour - the cost and time efficiency are a good deal for me here. Customer service is good too.

They also cleaned up and swept which I really appreciate!

I previously had such an amazing experience with Team Enoch (plumbing), that when the A/C stopped cooling on Saturday, I called Team Enoch without hesitation. The Team Enoch agent said the tech would contact me later. A little after 7 pm, I was texted by Cameron. He said he would be at the house between 7am - 11am on Sunday.

The time frame came and went and I texted Cameron. When I didn't. Get a response, I phoned him and the call went straight to voicemail. I left a message and requested an updated ETA. However, here we are, Tuesday, and still, no phone call. I phoned the Team Enoch agent again and let them know what happened. The call agent didn't have a response and didn't even ask questions about the lack of communication from the tech, Cameron. It gave the impression that it was the common practice.

I can understand if the techs are busy, it happens. All the company or Cameron had to do was send a quick text or phone call but no one contacted me. There should have been a follow up from the company if the techs did not contact a new customer. The response from the call agent almost seems as though she wasn't surprised that Cameron neither showed nor called.

All in all, a lack of communication by the tech and the nonchalant responses from the call agent left  us in a bad situation that could have been avoided. Bad customer service all around.

Having moved into a new build (but production builder) home in McKinney about a year ago, we have used ABR Electric extensively for several different projects to add additional electrically-related capabilities to our home.  These projects have included adding household convenience outlets, ceiling fans, exterior lighting, an electric car charger, whole house surge protection and connecting a standby power generator with a manual switch arrangement to changing out too-dim overhead shower lights ... well, you get the point -- a lot of different projects, several of which required high-voltage entrance panel updates and modifications.  James and his team members are all friendly and easy to work with, do their job professionally and charge reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I have used texas star services to maintain my have units for the past few years. Kevin has always given me honest and fair service and recommendations and has gone above and beyond to work with my hectic schedule. He works fast and efficiently. I highly recommend him.

I left a message to get an estimate to replace my service panel. They never called back. So I used another local company. I try to use local businesses when I can. I gave four stars because I didn't get a chance to interact with them. I would still give them a try.

Called them with a small home project I needed done and they came out in the next hour and it was up and running in no time. They were very nice and explained everything they had to do. I just purchased an older home with several electrical issues and will be using them for everything in the future!

I called Mike on Good Friday and he was great from the get go.  He not only came out to give me a free quote but completed the work quickly and at a fair price all in the same day.  It was a quick turn around and he very professional the whole time.  I would definitely recommend him.
