I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. What a great company! After a small miscommunication they were able to save the day. I needed a breaker swapped out for a new a/c unit and they came in an knocked the job out quickly and the tech was very nice and helpful. The price for the work was fair and just. Would use again in the future.

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

Mr Sparky responded to my service request right away. They sent technician, Maxwell A. to handle the request. Work requested was replace ceiling junction box with one rated for ceiling fan and replace dimmer switch with toggle switch. Fee quoted was $479, which I thought was way too high. I told Maxwell I was going to get another quote. He asked what I thought was a fair price. Based on my research I said around $250 or less. He said he would do it for $300, which included the $49 trip charge. Work was professionally completed in less than 2 hours. Before work was started, a courtesy safety inspection was performed. Upgrade kitchen outlets were recommended along with whole house ground and new smoke detectors. So upselling is involved which is the only thing I didn't like about the visit. It also resulted in the 4 instead of 5 star rating. Overall, Maxwell was courteous, personable, and professional.

Class act! Just had my entire house remodeled and put back together. I needed under and above cabinet lighting. I contacted Natasha at Light it Up and her team came out, did the work on time...and most importantly, I didn't have to clean my house after they left! Super professional clean job from start to finish.

I hired this company through Amazon to install a garbage disposal I purchased from Amazon. The installer was very polite, professional, did a great job, and charged me almost half the amount quoted by two other plumbing companies. Highly recommend!

We requested a quote for an outbuilding which is located out of the required limits for a permit or code inspection; however, we follow state code and expected that would be upheld in our quote. After receiving the quote, which was over 50% higher than other electricians, we were told by TWO other electricians and ONE additional contractor that an item in Mr. Electric's quote was in violation of state code. This raised a red flag so I did further inquiry.  Result?  Mr. Electric knew what they put in the bid, but since we requested a lower price point and did not require an inspection or permit, the item was placed in our quote.  This is not acceptable to us so we went with another company and could not be happier.  If there was a Zero rating, I would have chosen it.  When something doesn't feel right - it probably isn't.  This is my opinion, do your research.  Blessings
