I called Top tech to come out and do an estimate for various repairs. Seemed very professional. Priced the job at over $600 (after claiming they waived service charge) which seemed high. I called a local company I've used before and they came out and did everything for $417.

Noah and Brandon came before our window which was amazing. They were both very friendly and professional. Noah was very knowledgeable and honest. He and Brandon installed a Transfer Switch and did it really efficient. I will absolutely be using them for all future electric needs. Their pricing was also very fair which is rare in the industry

Josh did an amazing job fixing our electricity and was real quick and got it up and running faster than I thought, I would recommend them and will definitely go back to them for any other electrical needs

Helped my family's first home be safe with a job to ground our gas line... and did excellent work! A family owned company that gives special attention that you just can't get with larger company. Going to have Bret and his team do some more work for us in the future too. A+

We called for some replacments on light fixtures and some dimmer switches. Tom did an amazing job installing them. We plan on calling back for their fast and efficient service.

The electrician came out and I showed her the electrical issues we were having. Our home was built in 1994 and we purchased it five years ago. As we change items and upgrade others, the electrical system was just starting to show a couple of issues that needed attention for my families safety. One of the outlet boxes in the kitchen had only one plug working and there was a different lose box as well. Really not a big issue. The hall bathroom had a intermittent switch which happened a few months ago. The call went out two days ago because the day before I was hooking a stereo up in my daughters room and the strip we were using arched. The fan stopped and lights blinked. I called and scheduled them to come out. The next day came and the electrician was on time. Within three hours all the issues were identified and installed and a future project was identified. Overall, I feel we got great service from a very competent electrician. If the rest of HR Phoenix's electricians are as thorough as she was you will be in good hands. Ask for Melanie.

My dog pulled an electrical outlet out of the wall.  I'm so glad I found Carrol Service to help me out.  I will be using them for all future electrical issues.  Thanks Gabe.

My normal electric company had a bit of a blip in customer service, so I called this company to have them change out a 240 electric stove outlet to a standard so that my gas stove could have a plug. The guys were done in about an hour, which is what was promised and quoted. Very nice and friendly, cleaned up nicely after the work, and explained what I needed to know. The owner let me send a pic to ensure they had the right parts on the truck and not have to deal with a higher bill if the breaker wasn't right, which made the pricing more accurate. Very happy and good price.

Called them for a bid on replacing breaker box. Techs came out on time and said they would send me bid but never got it.  I texted tech regarding bid, no answer. Waste of my time, on to the next company...

Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low  rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.

Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the  cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. If you're looking for a licensed electrical team who are professional, organized, friendly, respectful of your property, on time (always), communicates clearly, and fair priced (while not trying sell services or items you don't need), then ABR Electric is the company for you. They have performed electrical services on 4 separate occasions at our home during the past 2 years, that ranged from a call to increase the amps on some breakers in our main garage junction box to completely reconfiguring the electrical supply to our kitchen as part of a recent remodel & while doing that also installing a new induction cooking center. All jobs have far exceeded expectations.

Called Kevin to see if he could help me fix my unit at home. Told him someone had checked it out but never returned and his only response was why can't he come back and fix it. Don't you got his number? Never heard of someone turning down business. What a shame!

Great work! These gentlemen were very professional and did a wonderful job for me. I would recommend these electricians. In addition, they charged half the price of the bid that I received from another company.
