They arrived on time and immediately went to work. We called them for a particular outlet and vanity light.  They checked all the outlets, installed new fixtures, plus more.  Very pleased with the work, pricing and the professionalism of the techs.  Will definitely use them again.

Called them up about a backup generator and the lady could not give me a quote and said that everyone is out on jobs and could not help me. My advise? Save yourself some time and try someone else

Excellent Company! Allen came out promptly and fixed a faulty outlet that fried my microwave. Prices are reasonable and tech is friendly and professional. He is my electrician from this time forward.

I just bought a house and needed to have some work done that came up in the inspection. They were very responsive and were able to come out quickly to do the repairs. They installed a new electrical breaker, bubble protector and surge protector, and timer for my front door light and everything is working perfectly! I will continue to use them for future electrical needs!

Gary came out to our house to evaluate 3 problems I was having.  I called him around noon, and he was at my home by 3pm!  Gary quickly found answers to the first 2 problems; the 3rd one was a request for advice (I want to install a whole house electric emergency power generator), and within 10 minutes he researched the options available and discussed what the end cost would be.  I will be calling GD Electric again for my electric servicing needs!

Nester and his team did a great job. They were fast, friendly and took pride in they work. I will be using Nester again when needed.

Needed a new electrical outlet installed in my garage. They were quickly available, offered a great price, and went above and beyond in the work by also inspecting my electrical system. I'll definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future if needed!

Called about 3 items, full house surge, new thermostats and GFI check.  All was fine and I emailed info and asked for help with choosing best items. Never heard back! Called and left message and again, never heard back.

I've used Big Bear for maintenance since I purchased my home in 2013.  When I purchased it, I knew the A/C System was struggling.  But Big Bear kept it running, and at very reasonable repair rates.  But, as expected, I recently had to replace the system.  It had exceeded its life expectation.  The customer loyalty quote was very competitive.  Their team members are all very professional.  I feel they are very honest.  I highly recommend this company!  (By the way, my home is in Frisco.  Ignore the profile.)

My old dryer didn't start. I bought a new dryer.  When plugged in it didn't start. Get an electrician the delivery people said. Who should I
get?  I went to the internet and found Ferguson Electric with 5 stars and
good reviews.  I called.  An hour later they were at my home.  An hour
later they had installed a new dryer outlet and replaced the circuit breaker box which had blown.  My dryer now worked and the price was
reasonable.  I was very satisfied.  I would certainly recommend them. They were friendly. quick, efficient, and knew what they were doing..
And they didn't overcharge.

Freddie was not only professional he was outstanding and meticulous in his work. He went above and beyond what I needed done and was efficient as well. He worked overtime and late into the night to complete the job. Freddie was extraordinary to work with I will say, without a doubt as an interior designer this man is a genius and a problem solver...use him for any project and I have full confidence that he will get the job done while exceeding your expectations!  This is hard to find in the industry!

I just bought a house and had a few things pop up. They were recommended by his brother (a plumber) and each time they've come out there service has been outstanding, appropriately priced, and well done. I will be calling them for all my electrical needs in the future.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

Milestone provided service on three different occasions, all to provide upgrades to our existing electrical system.  Dustin Owens was the electrician for each installation - always professional, helpful, with clear explanations and left the worksite clean. The service and results were outstanding!  We obtained estimates from another firm with Milestone matched or beat different on first project.  Work requiring a licensed electrician is always costly thus best to get estimates in advance.  Milestones fees for home visits, estimates were comparable to other well established, larger firms.  Milestone's continuing service plan is excellent, can be included in project at overall small discount to that project costs, and locks in lower rates for future projects and covers normal maintenance such HVAC checks and smoke alarms battery change out (which we cannot do, due to ceiling height), etc.

I've always been skeptical of those three and four-hour blocks of time you have to wait for a service at your home and now I'm convinced they're a farce. We had C&B out for an issue with our breaker panel and was told if the problem continued they would have to come back and would need access behind our fridge, which is a 48 Subzero. If you're familiar with Subzero, the built-ins are -not- easy to move. C&B technicians are not allowed to move anything blocking an outlet. Okay, that's fine. We contacted a mover to come out just to move the fridge. Of course we would have to pay for this service. I called C&B and was very pleasantly surprised that the company was willing to work with us on coordinating getting their technician to our home at the same time as the mover. I was told we would be first on the list in their 8-11 am window, that a technician could get to our house around 8:30-9:00 am. I even confirmed this the day before the scheduled appointment.

So, you can imagine my dismay when the mover arrived shortly after 8:30 am and the electrician hadn't shown up by 9:30. What time did someone from C&B get to our house? Not until 10:15 am. This, despite repeated calls to the company, when I was informed that it's just a window. Well, if we were first on the list, what was the technician doing from 8-10 am?

Then, when he did arrive, lo and behold it was a bad breaker, which is what we thought it was! So the fridge apparently didn't need to be moved after all. But, we had to pay the mover additional money to come back and reinstall the fridge, and now we're also going to have to pay to have the wood floor repaired because the heavy fridge scraped the floor (okay, maybe that last part has nothing to do with C&B, but I'm ranting here). If C&B had shown up when they said they would, perhaps we wouldn't have had to move the fridge.

If you have an appt with C&B, you may as well go ahead and run those morning errands, go work out, go hang out at a coffee shop, because rest assured no one will show up until at least 10 am. It sounds like the morning window should be 10-11 am, not 8-11.
