Excellent work! Very thorough and knowledgeable. We needed an outlet for our garage door opener installed. Our house is over 50 years old and the electrical wiring can be very touchy. All in one knew exactly what to do to get it done safely and right. The price was fair. We are looking forward to working with them again. (They were COVID safe with masks and distancing.)

The Hang Pros (Quame) was very response to my changing plans, a sound bar delay. Eventually got Quame in to mount two TV's, a 75 with sound bar and a 55 outside on brick. I supplied the mounts and assisted Quame with the lifts. He was very detailed to get the TV's in the best spot and level - I like them mounted low. He took his time to do the job right and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.

Pricing is transparent, and he communicates with you throughout the process. He also treats your home like a home and not a job site. Him and his team put time into prepping your space to make sure it is clean and reassembled when they leave. That may not be a big deal to some, but in the past I've had contractors who left me with a days worth of cleaning when they are done.

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

I used Carroll Service to complete several jobs including:
Replacing a ceiling light fixture in my kitchen pantry.  Gabe recommended an LED fixture because of the low amount of heat generated and the very long life of the bulb.  He also replaced seven flood lights in the ceiling of my 18 foot high living room with LED flood lights and replaced a dimmer switch for one of the lights.  The final job was to repair a very noisy ceiling fan in the living room.  I was very pleased with the work done as well as the pricing and would use Carroll in the future.

I had an electrical issue pop up this week and followed a friend's advice to call Double R. It's refreshing to see a company with very friendly employees who take the time to diagnose an issue and clearly have a lot of knowledge about their trade. Victor did an outstanding job replacing wiring and upgrading and moving my electrical panel to ensure it was up to code. I texted him two days ago requesting a chandelier to be hung at my house, he responded quickly and provided me the price after I sent him pictures of the light fixture and the ceiling. His price is VERY affordable and 2 days after my initial text, he had a partner out to my home to set it up! His partner was very friendly and hung up my chandelier perfectly! We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH.
