Best Solar Panel Installation in Dallas TX
Did a great job finishing up my electrical job. Both crews that came out were highly professional and did great work as they have every time I call them.

Had a handful of electrical tasks/project that piled up around the house. Got a quick response from CTX with a very reasonable price. Tech arrived ontime and was very professional. CTX did a fantastic job on all the tasks: two ceiling fans, couple of switches, and a broken exterior light. Will DEFINITELY be using them for future electrical and likely plumbing needs.

Very disappointed. To make the story short, I will just put some bullet points:
1. My outdoor GFCI outlet stopped working and they replaced a new one. I later noticed that the original one was WR and TR rated. The new one is NOT (seems to be a regular indoor GFCI). And that is a violation of the code (based on some info I found on the internet). I emailed the business owner Ryan about it and have not got a response... Besides, the technician left a bunch of screws on the ground and I had to clean it up. It could be a hazard to my dog.
2. I paid in full in cash with tips when they finished the job (they told me there is a 3% fee for cards and they did not have any changes). But I did not receive a receipt until six days later...
3. I told them that I'll need a new electrical box (for a ceiling fan) but they did not have it with them. They went out to get one and that took about 30 mins.
4. An indoor outlet was not working and the technician replaced it with a new receptacle and called it done. While they were out for the electrical box, I tested it and it was not fixed... I told them when they got back. It was actually a loose neutral connection at an upstream switch.
5. While they were working on the wires, they did not switch off any breakers. I was surprised. Not sure if a licensed electrician would do so.
I used them due to their exceptional reviews on both Google and Yelp. Unfortunately, my experience was way below my expectation...

I had an electrical issue pop up this week and followed a friend's advice to call Double R. It's refreshing to see a company with very friendly employees who take the time to diagnose an issue and clearly have a lot of knowledge about their trade. The two individuals on my service call were very proud of their work and did a great job (for a very reasonable price). I know who I am calling from now on for any job!

Freddie from Freddieamerica.com and 2 of his employees, Alex and George, came out to my home to install a/c unit and they did some electrical work. They did a marvelous job. If you need some electrical work done call Freddie at 214-537-5287. He's reliable and his prices are right. I will always call him for any electrical work I may need. Boy, was he a pleasure to work with!

Amazingly responsive and an excellent value for the dollar. His work was professional, neat and tidy. You can tell a lot about someone's commitment to their craft by the little things, the way conduit is run and whether it's level and plumb. I highly recommend Will for your electrical needs!!

I was looking for a few updates to my house and adding electrical outlets outdoors for Christmas lights. Denny came out to take a look. He was very professional and assured me everything I was looking for was doable. We scheduled immediately and Pierce came out to do the jobs.
Pierce was great and really listened to what I was looking for. He helped troubleshoot the best solution for one of my request and I am very appreciative for the final solution. He was willing to answer other questions I had and very informative. Highly recommend and would use again.

Giovanni uninstalled some ceiling fans in my house. He was super responsive to my messages, offered me a great price, and was done in less than 20 minutes! 10/10 recommend.

I had them come out several times and each time I have worked with Matt on the estimate of work. Later that day I receive my estimate in detail of what we discussed. Usually Both him and his guys then come and knock it all out quickly. His teams work is to my level of expectation every time. Highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

Called Jason with a bad breaker that kept tripping. He came over, quickly diagnosed the problem and took steps to not only fix the problem, but also to make sure the problem didn't reoccur. He really went above and beyond to resolve my issues. He works clean and fast and his prices are very reasonable. Thanks for everything Jason!

Here is another review on their bait and switch tactics to overcharge you! For a bit of background information, we are in the process of selling our house. During the inspection, the inspector noted that current standard building code requires new homes to have all exterior (including garage) and all kitchen outlets to GFCI. Our house was up to code to the standard of the time it was built but, our home buyers really, really wanted GFCIs in all the outlets and HAD to have the work signed off by a licensed electrician. My husband and I are handy and changed all of the outlets ourselves. We literally only needed an electician to come by, sign off that the outlets were in working order and wired properly and then we would be done.
So, my husband called, told them the aforementioned story and asked what the pricing would be. The operator said it would a $70 dispach fee plus additional fees if there was work to be done. We knew there wouldn't be any additional work because we had already done the work ourselves and tested the outlets to make sure there wasn't any reverse polarity. The electrician gets here, tests the outlets, signs off on the work (was here less than an hour!) and slapped us with a $220 bill. Apparently, they charge a $140+tax diagnostic fee! If they did any work to any house, wouldn't they have to diagnose the issue thereby, charging a diagnostic fee?!? So, that $70 discharge fee you're being charged is for the privilege of having a complete stranger drive to your house. They do not wave the discharge fee if you go with them to do the work. The discharge fee is in ADDITION and you only pay this fee for them picking up to phone and having an electrician drive over.
Their whole motto is about saving you money by not making you pay hourly. However, I would've gotten out waaaaay cheaper if I had hired someone to do the work, what little that the electrician had to do, by the hour. Do yourself a favor and call someone else! Their new jingle should be: Milestone electric....we'll take all of your cash!
PS: the electrician told us that if we had them install the outlets (we had over 10) it would've cost $140+tax per outlet! We would've ended up spending $1609+tax for 2 hours worth of work. That equates to over $800/hour!

The electrician that came to fix a ceiling dan light was not only knowledgable, accommodating, and timely, he was quite pleasant. A totally stress-free transaction!

At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Just terrible.
