Best Sink Installation in Dallas TX

Sent a Yelp quote request and within 10 min got a response. This was the only 1 of 2 companies out of 5 that gave me an estimate up front before they would come to the house.

Fair price, was able to make an appt before the other company so I chose them.

The electrician that came was 20 min late and I was not happy. That being said he and his apprentice were able to quickly recover their late mistake by doing a very efficient job installing a nema 1450 plug in my garage, fixing an issue with a kitchen led light and installing a ring doorbell cam.

Would definitely use these guys again. Only advice, if you say you'll be there by 8a, be there by 7:55a.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. These guys snaked out a my main sewer line.  They were the 2nd company I called.  The first company tried to snake it for 2 hours then said I needed hydro-jetting for $800 since the snake didn't work but never put a camera up the pipe.  

Kevin from Baker Brothers came out and fixed the problem in an hour with a snake after finding the issue with a camera.  To be fair I don't think the other company was trying to rip me off they just didn't have the right equipment.

Kevin gave me a quote to fix things that may prevent future problems but wasn't pushy about it.  Overall great experience.

Kevin is an excellent worker. Explained things clearly. He was very timely, took great pride in his work. Showed me photos of areas of concern and made me comfortable that everything was working.

After having an issue with my AC, I called A1 Air. The tech told me my unit was 11 years old and therefore not under warranty. He indicated that there was a major leak in the coil so the whole unit would need to be replaced to the tune of $4000 to $5000. I declined the new unit and instead filled it with $600 worth of freon as a stopgap measure (and because I didn't rust A1 at that point). I then called another company, which came out and informed me that my unit was still under warranty. They ordered a new coil and another part that appeared to be going out and installed them the next day. The total cost for this inspection and repair (including the parts and freon) was $600. Clearly, A1 lied about the age of my unit in an effort to sell me a new one, even though the old one could have been repaired AND was under warranty. Steer clear. I've heard many similar stories from my neighbors in the last month.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
