Best Drain Installation in Dallas TX

I had called Andy for an installation of a surge protector for the whole house in a newly constructed house. Andy was very competent and extremely professional. He instantly told me that the house already had a protector installed in the current breaker board. Thats integrity ! Loved it. I will absolutely call him for any future work.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Just replaced two of our ac systems.  It was a tricky install with outdoor units on top of the house and an indoor unit in the attic.  The crew was professional and thorough.  They went above and beyond on the job - doing little extra things that just made all the difference in the outcomes.  The manager was present at the beginning of the job for quite a while, then returned at the end of the day to inspect the work and check in again.  Thank you BB (and Ozzy) for such quality work.  Always enjoy working with you guys.

WOW what a profit margin they have and sales push. Be aware and be smart

A few months ago I called Milestone Electric to come to my home and give me a quote for fixing my florescent lighting on the top of the kitchen cabinets. Some would come on and some would not but just flicker and go off.  I had two 4' and two 2'.  I was told that my builder of seven years ago put in older fluorescents than what is being used today.  He said I could replace them all or replace the ballast which is a small electric box which makes the fluorescents work.  He gave me quotes for three options as I made it clear to him I was not going to spend a lot of money getting these lights working again.

What a joke the quotes ranged anywhere from 500+ to 800+.  The lower price was to simply replace the ballasts.  I said thanks but no thanks and good buy!  It just did not feel right.  

Before he even left my driveway I looked on line (Home Depot) to price a ballast and guess what one cost anywhere from 15.00 to maybe 24.00.  So even if I replace the ballast in all four lights with the highest price ballast, for my lights,  would have cost about 96.00.  

Can't imagine the price difference for replacing all four ballast is labor.  What a profit margin!!! WOW I wish I could get away with that.  That must be how they can afford their advertising budget.

I can't believe that Milestone thinks the end consumer's, like me, are that stupid and uneducated!!   If they do I'm guessing this will catch up with them if it hasn't already.

Get a good Handyman.

A#1 is a wonderful company!  Their employees are always courteous and safety conscience.   We had John King come to our home today to check on our furnace system to make sure everything is ready for this Fall/Winter.  He gave us a list of recommended services to do.
