Jim did an amazing job installing recessed lighting in my garage. Professional, clean and affordable. He was able to schedule the job right away and provided excellent communication before and during the project.

Had a handful of electrical tasks/project that piled up around the house. Got a quick response from CTX with a very reasonable price. Tech arrived ontime and was very professional. CTX did a fantastic job on all the tasks: two ceiling fans, couple of switches, and a broken exterior light. Will DEFINITELY be using them for future electrical and likely plumbing needs.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Their estimate was 388.00 to replace a washer on a leaking tub faucet. This was $200 plus over the highest average cost online. There were no other problems. They stated they were charging over one hundred dollars to go to home depot and buy the part. REALLY? Ripped me of for 39.00 to come out and screw me.

$69 dollars to get an estimate. This is absurd. Why would anyone pay to get an estimate to have work done. I want the best job at the best possible price. If your so good have the confidence in what your doing. Giving an estimate is the cost of doing business. If your good you will get the job and more than pay for $69 COD you demand up front. I will never do business with this company.....

I called this company week ago, try to get estimates to install a new 10 ton Hvac for my business.  I got call back pretty quick and been told commercial department will call me, after that we got lost in translation, it's been week now nobody ever call. Time to hire different AC contractors.
