I took a chance with this company even though there were no reviews for me to compare and I want to say that I am pleased with the work they completed.  I was later informed that today was their first day advertising on yelp, so hey I took a chance and it worked out perfectly. They replaced my 100amp breaker panel with a 200 amp service they were informative, polite, and respectful and $250 cheaper than everyone else!!! Contacted David and he responded within 30 minutes and provided a quote for the installation of outlets. We confirmed an appointment the same day and I had to reschedule the next day. Asked for his availability and we agreed on another date; we were still a week out from the original date scheduled when I had to reschedule.

The day of, he never showed and I never got any updates, I've yet to receive a response of why he didn't show. Everything was going great and he was very responsive until the actual appointment. I understand that stuff comes up, but it would be greatly appreciated if you would at least respond if you missed the appointment... even if you forgot about it.

I'm very thankful we called KMA for our sudden electrician needs! Within 2 hours of contacting them, our technician, Dustin, arrived ready to diagnose and fix our problem. He worked non-stop to make sure everything was correct and safe. He went above and beyond my expectations. While he was short one part (not a main one) and will be back next week to put on the finishing touches, I'm very happy with his work, attitude, and attention to detail. Thanks KMA!!
