Best Commercial Services in Columbus OH

We needed a New Main Panel Box Upgrade from 100 Amp to 200 Amp in my home and a Hot Tub 50amp direct hookup and a 50 amp RV hookup in my garage. I ask for Bids from 3 companies and Big City was by far the Best. But that is not where they really shined. This was a Big job and when they came out they were very organized, ready, polite, clean and very very good at what they do. I also had a Ceiling Fan / Light combo with a dimmer added also. They knocked out the Main Panel, moved to the Ceiling Fan and then the 50 amp for the Hot Tub all along cleaning as they went and leaving no trace they had been there when done.It was also the Little things ,like taking a Level to the small 50 amp box to make sure it was straight. I would have done it by eye but he chuckled and said Yes but I do not sign off on your work just mine. LOL   You just do not get Great Work and crew and PRICE very often when dealing with contractors and outside help. So YES I give them 6 Stars ( just cant see #6 thats how good they are it is hidden) Every appointment , call, communication (city inspection, AEP ) went off without a hitch. It really was a Blessing to have found them. As I mention I took the time for 3 bids and one was as high as $12,000 and I paid a little less then 1/2 that so beware of others without me calling them out by name. I would Love to give Big Kudos to each one of those gentlemen but there was 4 or 5 guys working as a team..So David Weber Congrat's on running a Top Notch 5 star company and crew. Highly recommend this Company.  Found my electrical short within just a few minutes and fixed it. Was courteous and knowledgeable.  Would not hesitate to use them again.

Prompt, reliable, helpful and polite values not often seen these days but Ben has them all and his attention to detail is spot on. Very pleased with the job and have already booked Ben for a future job.

Here's my situation:
My water heater kept going out. Couldn't figure it out. Water heater guy comes out, they replaced all the electronic components in it. Still happening. Can't figure it out - until the guy says it may be at the electrical box, which we don't do.

So I call Strickland - and I'm in no rush - it's a manual process to get the water heater on but tolerable - his response was it's getting cold, I'm not about to let you have cold water.

We set a time, he arrived, he went to work and diagnosed the problem, had it solved, and i've been happy. The change required a little more rework (yay moderately old house) and he came back and knocked that out.

Insanely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I mean, ideally, I'll never need to call them again ( - unless I replace that breaker box) but if I have any more electrical issues? They're top of my list.

I called and got immediate service to a live wire in my home. Damon was friendly and efficient. His  fee was more than reasonable and I will definitely be calling him again.

Quality Electric is a wonderful company.  I am a Property Manager overseeing several condominium communities.  I have reached out to Quality for various electrical needs and the work was done on time and at a great price.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Had home inspection done and had some exposed wires from old disconnected lines showing around the electric panel.  Called Higher Power and they were quick to come out and clean it up a few days later.  Looks good now.

The appointment was on schedule and he was wearing a mask and super friendly. I have already recommend this company to two friends. He was sufficient and cleaned up after himself, he did a fantastic job!! Needed something else to be done and Riley's is doing that too, GREAT company and very professional.

They were, indeed, efficient!  Showed up when they said they would, and the gentleman who came to the house was very professional and worked his way through our laundry list of minor issues and questions in under an hour.  Price was fair.  Would hire again.

Brian and team of Masters Electric did a great job.  We had a number of residential light fixtures needing to be installed and Masters did it well and in good time. They also offered competitive pricing. I recommend Masters Electric.

Very poor customer service. They lied about pricing to get into my home then charged me for services they just didn't provide. I would never let anyone from this horrible business into my home.

Appointment setting was a breeze.   Electrician arrived on time, wore slip on booties to keep carpet clean. Bonded gas line for new hot water heater. Very courteous and professional.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

Lydia is always so helpful and friendly! So nice to hear hear cheerful voice when i call them. Wonderful owner too!

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning, and no one showed up. Called multiple times to both of their numbers, left voicemail, texted, and emailed after they didn't show up, and several hours later I still didn't get a response. I chose them because apparently they do great work, but I guess I'll never know.

This was after them taking days to even calculate an estimate and schedule the appointment after visiting my home, and that only happened after getting no response from several texts and getting lucky by getting an electrician to pick up the phone.

If someone actually calls me back about why they missed our appointment and comes out to do the job, then I would be willing to give a better rating, but as of now I can't say anything positive.

UPDATE:
I received a reply on my review on Google from the owner saying that they declined my offer. If that's true, then why did they send me an email with an estimate and a date/time of arrival to do the job? And why didn't they just decline when they showed up to give an estimate, or at least call me later to decline the offer?

If you look at their negative reviews you will see that every time they reply they always refuse to accept responsibility for what they did wrong and blame the customer. Incredibly unprofessional company.

The company got back to me quite promptly. As they were a local company I did want to consider them. They came out within a couple of days for what was an elective upgrade in our panel. They seem to be quite knowledgeable and explain things in detail. They wanted to take a couple of days to get the quote together but we never heard another word from them. I can't therefore speak to there value/price as we didn't get that far. As I have a strict rule that I do not pursue people getting quotes to me, that was where it was left
