Mark came to our home on 2/1/11 (through the home warranty company).  He arrived on schedule and repaired a chandelier that had a short.  I thought the problem was in the wall switch and had already replaced that.  He found the problem inside the chandelier and fixed it.  After 4 months it still works fine.  I will use this company myself after our home warranty expires.

He is not reliable. He no call no showed for appointment today. Even after a loyal customer texted him multiple times.
