It is always critical to have a utility repair person/company that you can have confidence in. Property -Tech Industries is that company for me. This the second time for me to use this outstanding electric repair company. Today I had the pleasure of having John take care of my electrical issues. John was at my residence exactly when he said he would be. I received a few estimate a few days ago and this company is more than fair with their estimate. John is very knowledgeable and explains all of the work to be completed as well as performing a walk through afterwards to ensure your satisfaction. They are a six star company and I highly recommend them!

Tyler himself came to fix our outlet in the master bedroom. It did a great job!
Very friendly, delight to have in the house. Just starting his own business after working at a reliable larger electrical company. He's young and very anxious to continue growing his business

The cold on my kitchen faucet wasn't working. Called to schedule. Told the service fee was $80.00, which would be credited to the work involved. When M. Neff arrived, she didn't have any supplies at all! Said she would have to come back! She charged me $85 for the trip charge. She suggested that I replace the entire kitchen faucet and I wanted my guest bath faucet replaced as well. Got the supplies. She was 3-4 hours late. She brought an apprentice to do all the work. Broke the stopper on the bath faucet. My husband had to go to a hardware store to get a replacement! The faucet is bronze, the stopper is chrome. Looks awful. Took almost 3 hours to do this work and was charged an additional $258.90 on top of the $85.00. This shoddy job cost me $343.90 for labor only! Every time I see the mis-matched bath faucet, it makes me sick!

Forgot the rest call the best. Call Air Quest. My AC wasn't working. I was new around here. I looked up local shops on the internet. Looked at some reviews. And called Air Quest. Some guy named Mike Huffman came out and quickly fixed my Ac. I was sooo thankful and so was my wife. We were finally going to get a good nights sleep. I ask how much? He said because you're a Vet. Give me what I got in it. I almost hugged him . Turns out he's the owner. The point is that he could of tried to sell anew unit. And I would have bought it. He said not right now. TRUST. It's earned. Thank you Mike Huffman

We hired Romanoff Electric to finish our project for our Beauty Salon in Gahanna. Joe Pile was the lead Electrician who helped us draw out a blue print of what we wanted in our shop. We did everything from lighting, outlets, ceiling speakers,etc.....Bottom line we had an amazing experience with them. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs electric work done. They do beautiful work and with integrity. Come check out our shop to see their work if you need a reference salonelevation.com Or 1129 N Hamilton Rd in Gahanna....Good luck.!

Had an absolutely terrible exchange with this company today. Our heat went out 2 days ago here in Cincinnati where it has been in the negatives at night and in the mornings. It is currently 55 degrees in the house and my wife and I have setup space heaters so that our 11 month old will be warm enough.
We were given the time frame of 10am-2pm today and after losing a half day of pay in order to be there on time for the service call, the technician never contacted us and was 45 minutes late to his own call. I contacted a representative and they informed me that he wasn't answering his phone. While I was on hold, my wife text me from work saying he finally got in contact with her and was 1 minute from our house. The representative I was on hold with came back on the line and said they were able to contact him and he would be at my house in moments.
Having already been at the house for almost an hour after he was supposed to be there, I laid my daughter down for her afternoon nap moments before he arrived. I stepped outside to speak with him as he pulled up and asked him a simple question.
Is there a reason as to why you are 45 minutes late for a service call that YOU set the time for?
His response was: What time is it?
I continued to ask him as to why, during the entire time from 10am to 2pm we didn't receive a service call, or at the very least a call that would give us a heads up that he would be late. With that information I wouldn't have lost a half day of pay waiting around for him.
Unable or unwilling to give me any sort of response, the technician defaulted to: Listen son, do you want service or not. I wont be able to work on your house if I am disrespected.
At no point was I disrespectful to this gentleman. Stern, yes. If you set the time, make it in time. Or at the very least, call. Although my house needs service, I will not bow to a man who cant answer a simple question and acts like he can disrespect me by not calling, and then show up and expect me to be thankful for his late arrival, if at all.
After a few more moments of trying to ascertain as to why he was so late, he eventually gave me the line of I'm going to have a problem working here if you're going to disrespect me. He then left my residence and spoke with his office, which I did as well. I requested to speak with his immediate supervisor, and to have another technician sent out.
Working in his line of business, communication is paramount to meeting your clients needs. He failed miserably in that department, which in turn, made me lose faith in his ability. I will not be recommending this company in the follow up with my insurance company, nor will I recommend them to anyone who genuinely needs service.
