7-1-20 UPDATE: I called the office and received a call back that day from Patrick the owner. He apologized for the misunderstanding and informed me that electrician was unaware the fees were already included in the quote. He explained that at times there could be additional cost based on different structural layouts, but in my case that was not the issue. He promised to refund the  additional charges via check. I think when dealing professionals it's important to maintain a level of integrity,  and I believe Pat is a man of integrity. God is good

( Initial Review) I called around to get quotes and they were not the most expensive or the cheapest, but I proceeded and felt my quote was reasonable for 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. I was quoted $125 a fan and $444 for my chandelier. When I called the office back and indicated I would only need 1 ceiling fan, not 2. She said to take $125 off and they'd be there at around 9:30. They got there around 10:00 and proceeded to review the job. The election said fans were $150,even though the work order he had in his hand showed $125. He said their trip fee was $69(not included in my quote) and even though the order said scaffolding was extra, he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the ladder! Which was an extra $80. Seriously??? They were already in my house and I was not going to go back and forth with the labor, but I will call the office and express my opinion about bating customers with 1 price and charging $150 in extras that were not communicated. I mean goodness are you going to charge me for your gas and tools too??? The installers were polite, but that doesn't account for their lack of transp

It is always critical to have a utility repair person/company that you can have confidence in. Property -Tech Industries is that company for me. This the second time for me to use this outstanding electric repair company.  Today I had the pleasure of having John take care of my electrical issues. John was at my residence exactly when he said he would be. I received a few estimate a few days ago and this company is more than fair with their estimate. John is very knowledgeable and explains all of the work to be completed as well as performing a walk through afterwards to ensure your satisfaction. They are a six star company and I highly recommend them!

If I could give the service 0 stars I would because I was incredibly disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed by Michelle Neff.  We had recently found out that we had a water main leak from the city we needed to get fixed within 14 days.  I got Michelle's information from the list of city approved contractors.  On our first conversation, I was relieved that she seemed like the fix would be easy and not a big deal.  We scheduled an appointment for the following day.  The next day arrived and an hour after our scheduled appointment, I received a call from her saying she was running late at a previous job and could she come out later that night or the following day.  I told her my husband would be home the rest of the evening for her to come over when she was finished to which she agreed would be okay with her schedule.  As the night progressed, still no word from Michelle. I sent her a message stating we were turning in for the night and asked if the following day would work.  After no hearing back from her the following day, I sent her a message thanking her for her time and explaining that my husband and I would be exploring other options and there was no need for her to come out later that evening.  

It was her response was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional.  Her words, ...sounds like you are angry sorry I'm not a fire department...this is for the best customers like you are always a pain in the ass good luck with your problem pleased it's not mine.  One thing I do no run out of is leaking pipes to repair sorry you are so very impatient good bye.  On her website, she states she knows how to run a business in a professional courteous and fairly priced way.  While I cannot speak to her pricing, I found her conduct anything but professional and courteous.  I should have known not work with a company whose only positive review came from the owner herself.  Homeowner beware.  There are lots of other good, respectful electricians and plumbers in the Columbus area and Neff Electric and Plumbing is not one of them.

Over  the period of about two months my family and I tried to make arrangements to have this company evaluate my residence for a percieved reduced air flow issue in a few upstairs bedrooms. I was able to actually get an appointment set with a whole house HVAC venting system cleaned first (at the tune of $400) followed by the AC technician (Owner) to come by and give that inspection and hopefully get a system enhancement arranged. After cleaning system was complete, I called and asked where the technician((owner)) was and asked for an ETA. I was told someone (either technician-owner or secretary) would get right back to me with that information and NEVER heard a word, now this is three days later and I have not heard. These people are too busy for you or me, just don't bother using them and your expectations will not be missed. Disrespectful, unprofessional is my total opinion.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road this morning and almost succeeded. We were on 270N in Columbus headed toward E Broad St at 6:54 am where the Gahanna office is. He knew what he was doing. I would never hire someone that would do something like this to anyone. I was almost hurt. I will do everything I can, to stop people from ever hiring this company. Look at further reviews, they are very bad.

I have been without AC since Monday night, Tuesday morning. It is now Friday afternoon and my AC is finally fixed. I have to go through a home warranty company, and fast response was the second company that they assigned to my car. The first one didn't even bother to show up after two days. Upon talking to Stephanie in the Wilmer Texas office, I asked her for an ETA for the technician to show up at my house. She told me tomorrow. When I asked for her to narrow down the time, she said I don't have a time. When speaking to Stephanie, it is very frustrating especially after I have had no AC in three days and my house is near 100° inside. This is not entirely her fault however the way that she speaks to people and treats them is entirely up to her. I am wheelchair-bound, I have to rely on someone else to provide me with a ride as I cannot drive, and I have been staying in a hotel for three days now. I asked her again to narrow down the time and she stated that they start at 8-9 AM, and they go home when the jobs are done. So I decided to rephrase the question and asked her where I am in the schedule. She stated that the schedule has not been made yet. I asked her who I can speak to tomorrow in order to find out where I am in the schedule. She stated again that they would call me 30 minutes prior and that will not change. My property manager had called had the same frustration. My home warranty could reassign again, however I cannot wait any longer to have someone come out. It is very frustrating as someone who has been in customer service since the early 1980s to have someone treat you like you are just a number, you really do not matter. As promised, Juan called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. He introduced himself, he asked me if I was ready for him and he promptly arrived within 30 minutes. He walks in to my house, asked me what the problem was that I was experiencing and he looked like he was ready to die in this 105° heat. I promtly offered him something to drink as he needed to stay hydrated. Juan was absolutely wonderful. He promptly dissected what the problem was and had it repaired in no time. His attitude was awesome. I cannot say enough great things about Juan. This company needs more people like him, and maybe help Stephanie become just a little bit better at reacting to their customers. I spoke of this with Juan and he simply said this is not the first time he has had this complaint. That being said, he and the other technicians usually get the raw end of the stick because people are already frustrated and then deal with Stephanie and the like so they often feel miss treated and misunderstood by their customers. I truly hope that fast response appreciates the job that Juan does for this company. I would recommend solely off of his performance 1000%. I just tried to call the home office in Grove city Ohio to speak to someone as I feel that is more personal. They do not have an operations department, they do not have someone over customer service, but she could have a supervisor call me. She started to take my personal information, and ask me what it was about. As I stated previous in the conversation I wanted to provide feedback about a service call I just had. I could tell by the tone in her voice that she was frustrated with five, and she simply told me that she cannot have someone call me back without knowing the details. I very promptly ended the phone conversation after that. I really do not understand when someone speaks to someone on the phone why it is so hard to provide good customer contact/support. Your field technicians offer exceptional customer experiences, you need to work on your in-house customer relations to elevate your company to the next level. For that I am very disappointed in this company.
