I heard about Weekly through a friend, who highly recommended them for a Generac generator. They did not disappoint. From the estimate to the installation they were very professional. After completion the were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. I will use Weekley again, recommend to anyone else needing there services.

My wife and I decided to install a whole house generator. From working with them, and seeing the number of commercial installations using them, I knew Kohler was the brand to buy. I looked at the sales and installation company recommendations offered by Kohler for my area. Power Lines was a local company, which I will use whenever possible. I researched available information, such as the A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. I contacted Scott the owner for an estimate and any recommendations. He reviewed my power usage estimations and the installation site. He mentioned several items I hadn't previously considered, but were quite important. He explained the necessary components and their placement. We agree on a price, and his crew did an excellent installation. I'm picky, and I don't say that lightly. I can highly recommend Power Lines to anyone considering installing a generator, or needing electrical work done!

I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work. So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

This company has lost any level of respect from me as a customer. I had them install a 22kw Generator and had them do annual maintenance a couple times, that was pretty sloppy, oil left in the landscaping. They call every year to do the maintenance and I don't call them back cause I can do it myself. I had them come back after a year or 2 to install a mobile link, they installed it and handed the instructions and left, I had to set it up myself. That's different. So when I had an outage recently, the generator took over as it should but when the power was restored, it did not transfer back to utility because a fuse blew and it could not see that utility power had been restored. I called the number and the emergency number and no one called me back! Just Unbelievable! I went online and found a forum that helped me through finding a wire from the oil crankcase heater that shorted out to the generator cabinet because it was ran under the cooler and over time the wire insulation was rubbed off causing it to short out and blow the fuse. Could only imagine if I was on one of my 6 day camping trips, would have either blew up or ran the propane tank empty, leaving my house with no power. Now they did a good job with the install, and was here when the city inspector came, but failure to follow up on customer calls in an emergency situation is completely unacceptable. What if I was not as savvy enough to transfer the power back to utility on my own? I have zero respect for a company with such carelessness to its customers.

Since my review they have done some additional work at my home, and I was completely satisfied. However, I was planning on having some additional work done, but then I saw the reviews that stated that there was a refusal to wear masks. I know that the concept of masks has become political but unfortunately illnesses don't care what your politics are. I am assuming that no one there would touch live wires with their bare hands, so why would they want to expose themselves or anyone else to an illness? Regardless, I have too many high-risk people in my life, and I cannot do business with this company at the expense of their health or mine. I am leaving the rating to stand as is because it was based on their previous work. But going forward I will use a company who will be considerate of the safety of my health as well as the work that they perform.

Completely disappointed with the terrible service I received. I called for an inspection for my furnace and the technician left the sequencers unscrewed and the furnace left open when he left. I had to put everything together after he was gone.
-He told me I had a refrigerant leak without even checking for leaks. I had to locate the leak myself. Tried to tell me my furnace wasn't registered for warranty (when it is).
-He quoted around $3000.00 to purchase sequencers and check for a leak. (Sequencers are anywhere from $30-$70 apiece).
-Charged me $99 and didn't even provide a receipt or write up for what was done. I called to ask for my receipt and it took 5 days to finally get it.
-I brought up several of my complaints to the service manager and he denied them and said his technician disagrees and wouldn't lie to him.
-If you are looking for a reputable company to handle your HVAC needs, please look somewhere else.

They never showed up and we called multiple times and they never called back and their voicemail was full. Super un-professional and we are not happy.

The first time we hired Jim, he was recommended by the company where we purchased our hot tub. He was prompt, courteous, and showed up on time. The price was high, but fair for the work involved.
Then, not quite a year later, we had a concrete pad poured and hired the company where we purchased our hot tub to come move it off our deck and onto the new pad. Once again, we hired Jim to unhook the tub and hook it back up once the tub was moved.
He unhooked the tub in less than ten minutes, and shortly thereafter, the hot tub movers moved the tub.
And Jim never came back. The wires were capped, which is good I guess, but the wiring was left laying on my deck.
It took several texts to get him to respond before he said he would be back out that afternoon to hook it back up. I took four hours off of work, and he never showed.
More texts. He promised he'd come the next morning. No call, no show, no text. Finally he said he'd come that evening after I returned from work.
Never showed. Two more days passed with no contact. Finally, he texted and told me to find someone else.
So I did. I suggest you should too.
