I heard about Weekly through a friend, who highly recommended them for a Generac generator. They did not disappoint. From the estimate to the installation they were very professional. After completion the were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. I will use Weekley again, recommend to anyone else needing there services.

My wife and I decided to install a whole house generator. From working with them, and seeing the number of commercial installations using them, I knew Kohler was the brand to buy. I looked at the sales and installation company recommendations offered by Kohler for my area. Power Lines was a local company, which I will use whenever possible. I researched available information, such as the A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. I contacted Scott the owner for an estimate and any recommendations. He reviewed my power usage estimations and the installation site. He mentioned several items I hadn't previously considered, but were quite important. He explained the necessary components and their placement. We agree on a price, and his crew did an excellent installation. I'm picky, and I don't say that lightly. I can highly recommend Power Lines to anyone considering installing a generator, or needing electrical work done!

I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work. So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

I called all around to find out about having a transfer switch installed so that I can safely run my generator during a power outage. Countryside had competitive rates and importantly, were able to answer all of my questions while I was on the phone. The sales person was knowledgeable and flexible about installing equipment I had already purchased. The tech had never seen the switch I had, but was able to figure it out easily. They are friendly, on-time and knowledgeable.
I had a great experience and can easily recommend them for transfer switch installs.

Did not want to wear a mask to protect people during this pandemic. My mother is critically ill so I will not be doing business with them.

Our rheem ac is out - called a contractor on our home builder's list (American Air) - Wants $2000 all together for labor for a $500 defective part which is covered under warranty - many rockford home owners with the same problem. Rockford won't help us at all. Most contactors that I have called either want us to go back to the builders contractor or want just as much money, or won't give me a quote on the phone, and we've already paid the builders contractor $380.
Update- Found an honest contractor that replaced the coil for $700 with a year labor warranty, compared to $2000 with a 6 month labor warranty - February REALLY??? .
What a scam. Even quoted the price before coming out - as long as they agreed
on what the problem was, as American Air initially told us the wrong part last
Friday, but after questioning and pressing them about a leak, he came back and said yes
there is a leak in the evaporator coil. Luckily we did so or else we would have been
back in the same situation next summer. As they only wanted to give us a 6 mo. warranty, February - really. Who uses the air conditioner then. He also jacked up the price of labor from $780 to $2000.Not happy that we have to go thru this or pay anything for a 2 year old house with a defective part, but at least not as much with this contractor. Won't use anyone on Rockford's list anymore, and definitely will not use American Air. Should have known better, but I had to use someone to cover the warranty (at least the part), thought I was doing the best thing by going back to the builder's contractor. Again, should have known better.

They never showed up and we called multiple times and they never called back and their voicemail was full. Super un-professional and we are not happy.

I hired Bach Electric Co to wire and install the electric for a new hot tub on February 14, 2023. They were very informative and explained the process in great detail to us. The pricing was fair for the work completed, however, the job has not been completed. I thought I could trust their integrity to complete the job as described and promised.
The initial electric was installed and the hot tub was functional on the 14th of February, but time did not allow them to complete the work by burying the line and securing it safely to the foundation along the house. Multiple text messages or phone calls were received over the following month with promises to return and complete the work. Unfortunately, no one has showed up to complete the work and the follow up has ceased.
Thankfully, we held back part of the total payment to ensure the work was completed.
I would encourage you to require 100% of the work be completed on the first visit or hold back payment until it is complete. I wish I could recommend Bach Electric with a 5 star rating, but the exposed, 220V electric line laying in my flower bed for over 6 weeks prevents me from doing so.
