I heard about Weekly through a friend, who highly recommended them for a Generac generator. They did not disappoint. From the estimate to the installation they were very professional. After completion the were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. I will use Weekley again, recommend to anyone else needing there services.

My wife and I decided to install a whole house generator. From working with them, and seeing the number of commercial installations using them, I knew Kohler was the brand to buy. I looked at the sales and installation company recommendations offered by Kohler for my area. Power Lines was a local company, which I will use whenever possible. I researched available information, such as the A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. I contacted Scott the owner for an estimate and any recommendations. He reviewed my power usage estimations and the installation site. He mentioned several items I hadn't previously considered, but were quite important. He explained the necessary components and their placement. We agree on a price, and his crew did an excellent installation. I'm picky, and I don't say that lightly. I can highly recommend Power Lines to anyone considering installing a generator, or needing electrical work done!

I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work.  So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable.  I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

Over 4 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on June 23 to get an estimate for a home generator in Dublin and was told Glenn would call and confirm before the appointment.  At 12:26 pm Glenn called from Gahanna and left a voicemail asking if the appointment was still on.  I never got the message until 1:30 because I was on a conference call.  No one ever showed up for the appointment or followed up for the company.  I can only assume that business is so good they don't need to be bothered by a small $10,987.46 residential project.  I was here waiting for Glenn from Country-side who from my view was a no show.  I can't really rate them as a customer because they don't want or need my business.

Did not want to wear a mask to protect people during this pandemic.  My mother is critically ill so I will not be doing business with them.

I had a technician come out to a rental property I manage and the only thing he cared about was getting paid. He was very rude to my tenant the first thing he said to her was who is paying me. Then all he did was walk in, take a quick look at the furnace, and tell my tenant and I that I need to buy a new furnace. He was in the unit for less than five minutes and I was charged a $99 service fee. To top it off I decided to get a second opinion from another company and they found that the furnace had a simple electrical problem. I got an electrician to come out and he fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

They never showed up and we called multiple times and they never called back and their voicemail was full. Super un-professional and we are not happy.

As mentioned in all the other reviews, Jim's lack of communication was unprofessional. I waited weeks for a quote that was promised. I had to reschedule my hot tub delivery and couldn't get my concrete poured because I wasted 3 weeks for Jim, he finally told me he didn't have time to do the job. He could've told me that weeks ago, considering I followed up with him numerous of times. I don't know why Scioto even recommend him. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable company, because Bach Electric and Jim are TRASH.
