Friendly, efficient and fair.  I had Johnathon Brown Electric diagnose and fix a problem with a circuit breaker.  Had such a good experience that I also asked the tech to replace a faulty light fixture on the spot.  Definitely plan to use them for future work.

A plumbing leak had caused significant water damage to bathroom, laundry room and utility closet. Shawn and his crew came out and fully repaired each area (drywall, flooring, paint). He was very quick to respond and complete the work.  I am a landlord for the property and Shawn kept me very well informed at each stage of the process virtually.  I appreciate the quick responsiveness and quality of his work.

Bobby has been our go-to electrician for years now - he not only does the job quickly but does it correctly (anyone who's ever had a poor electrician knows the utter mess they can make of your wiring). He is particularly good with older houses that have had multiple generations of electrical work done on them: he cuts through the nonsense and finds solutions within a few hours that can fix six decades of bad wiring.

Bobby is an absolutely trustworthy gentleman who knows his worth and does not waste time. Anyone who can get onto his schedule will be lucky to have him on the job.

Bill is the best! We really lucked out finding Bill. We just bought an older house and it had A LOT of issues that came up in the inspection and that we found as we moved in... bare wires in the wall, 3-way switches that weren't running correctly, a garage that no power was running to. The electrician our realtor set us up with originally said we'd need to replace our entire subpanel and main control panel ($$$) for the house and that the garage wouldn't work until we did... Bill got it working within 20 minutes of being at the house on his initial visit!

Bill is so thorough and likely saved us from our house burning down. We mentioned in passing we may want a gas stove at some point so he took a look at our oven plug to see if it would be able to support that and found a crumbling black plug in the wall. He also found our water heater wire had the wrong gauge wire and was melting, he put junction boxes on exposed wiring in the crawlspace, replaced breakers in our panels, crawled up in our tiny attic and installed fan boxes for upstairs bedrooms, and so much more! Seriously we can't recommend him enough - cleans up after himself, is punctual, polite, and creative when it comes to old houses that may not always be able to accommodate original plans. The wireless switches and hub are awesome for that. Customers for life!

Evan came to install what I thought would be an easy fix (swapping out our bedroom ceiling fan for a new one) but it turned out to be a hassle! He was able to get it done and he even used materials he already had due to me missing components from my fan! I would highly recommend

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Never showed up for estimate.  If you insist on using this firm, please call the day before to speak with a live person to confirm the appointment time.  The person who took the original call to schedule appointment sounded as though they had just woken from a nap.  Good luck to you.

They fixed a hall light with a 3 way switch. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't find the issue after 2 trips to Lowe's. I needed an expert. He got there at 7:30 and was done by 8am. He even fixed the things I broke. Now the light it working great! I would definitely recommend them. Very easy to work with as well.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

The technicians in the HVAC serVice, Anthony, is wonderful and has been so attentive to my needs as well related honesty, integrity and a vast knowledge of his business.  Micheal with electrical was great, respectful and was in and out of my house quickly with a complete job.
There have been a number of other individuals in both services that have been really great. You can tell they are happy in their jobs and are treated well by Roby!

I have called on Dove several times for both my home, daughter's home, and business.  They are just the best.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
