Best Off-grid Solar System Services in San Jose CA

Used in the past and they were great. Latest experience was sub-par. Made an appointment for a quote from 11-1. Took off work to wait at home during that window, and then headed back to work. Guy showed up at 1.15, but I was already gone.
They apologized and we rescheduled for a Thursday, 9-11. They called the day before and asked to change the time, which was fine.  They actually showed up, and the technician was good, very courteous and knowledgeable. However, he said he would send us a quote by the next day. It is now a week later and we never got a quote, even after emailing  customer service. It's a shame, beacuse in the past they have been very reliable.

Job was to install a new fan/light fixture in bedroom & remove a ditto in kitchen and replace with a plain light fixture.  Eddie & Chris arrived on time and went right to work.  They cheerfully accommodated my own screw-up as I discovered at the last minute that the kitchen light fixture I'd picked was way too big and I had to make a quick run to buy another light.  They  made helpful suggestions, cleaned up properly, and did an added job replacing a light switch.  Only problem was that they didn't notice that the fan light bulbs supplied weren't compatible with the new dimmer switch.

They didn't come over, but they talked to me over the phone and helped me solve my own problem. Really nice people!

Fantastic service. We needed to replace 3 light fixtures and we had a non-working doorbell/intercom system for many years. Every other electrician said they don't do doorbell/intercoms except Fuse. Michael came and was so gracious and courteous and got us 3 nice fixtures and installed them perfectly. The real surprise was that he didn't give up on the doorbell/intercom which a prior electrician said was unfixable and needed to be replaced. Michael found the problem and was able to fix the doorbell/intercom and saved us from having to call in a different contractor who would have probably made us replace the whole system.
