If I ever have an issue, I text and no matter where he is, he is ready to FaceTime to resolve the issue. He works well with construction crews, and is also great with the end user - really not easy to find in an A/V person. He works hard to understand the needs before recommending product. Also, there are no kick-backs he is getting from the products he recommends. He literally sends links to the products online and you purchase them yourself. He really wants to help you find you the best pricing. We trust him around our whole family and he was even here completing an install on Christmas Eve. Can't say enough about Cham and he is not our first major A/V configuration/installation job.
