Their service was Okay, crew arrived on time and did what they supposed to. The owner, Mario seems professional, and approachable; only wish his son, Kevin could be more affable and learns better business etiquette.

Based on your experience we found that Kevin only wanted to make sure the bill that you were going pay was for the right address. Since he never had spoken to you he had no records of your address. We apologize for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding. We will keep working to make sure our clients have a great experience with their plumbing issues.

Their reply is incorrect and deceptive; our comments had nothing to do with a possible incorrect address were based on verbal conversations with Kevin and he does need to learn better dealing with customers, period. Thanks!
