Long story short, Ongaro tech, David, serviced our A/C on Friday.  He arrived promptly, thoroughly reviewed the situation, was highly knowledgable and got the A/C on track quickly.  Office staff are professional, friendly.  Agree with the last review, their price point is a little on the high side but worth it.

My husband and I needed someone to install two outlets, one in each of our bathrooms, as well as one outlet in our crawl space for a chest freezer. Each on their own dedicated circuit. He sent requests via Yelp to several businesses including this one. Their estimate was extremely high - $3500 - so we didn't hire them. We went with another company that quoted $1300.

That didn't stop Pacific Coast from charging $89 for simply coming out to give an estimate - something no other contractor has done before in my recollection.

Additionally, we received several invoices for this charge via email, SMS, and the mail, indicating that they would send it to collections if we didn't call to pay over the phone - but it took weeks to finally get through to someone on the phone, as the number in the notice goes straight to voicemail 100% of the time. We finally got through to their weekend answering service by calling the regular business number.
