Yevgeny at General SF was helpful and direct in speaking with me over the phone prior to his visit. I was having trouble with water pressure in the shower. He told me some potential problems that it could be and asked me to check a few simple things. He was very accommodating with working a visit into my schedule on the weekend.
During his visit, he was kind and helpful. He wanted to show me how the valves worked and explained things to me in a way I could understand.
He is very honest and seems to have lots of experience with plumbing and electrical, and I will certainly be calling him again for any problems I have moving forward.

I'm so thankful I found James from Diablo Valley Handyman. Had the team from DVH remove and replace some beaten up siding on my top story that was water soaked from all the storms this winter and precious.
They came out, removed what was needed and everything back together in 2 days. Perfect timing between weather!
