5 Stars just isn't enough!  We remodeled an old house (about 70 years old!!) and have spent a lot of money on the electrical upgrade.  The day after the electrician was finished one of the other workers plugged in his power saw and blew a fuse.  Seriously?  We tried getting the electrician back to fix it, but he avoided us and never returned our calls!  
The job had to be done.  We looked around and Pt. Loma Electric was suggested. We couldn't be more pleased.  Michael came out that day and gave us their estimate.  He was straight forward about their pricing and took the time to explain exactly what was needed and how they would proceed.
Today Michael and Richard showed up to attack the project.  They went right to work. They were professional, efficient and a delight.  Such pleasant and knowledgeable young men!  Within a few hours the job was done.  No mess, no fuss, no drama!  I can say that Pt. Loma Electric will be our go to electricians. It was a pleasure in every way.  If I could, I would give Michael, Richard and everyone with whom we spoke at least 10 Stars! Call Pt. We have used Ideal for electrical, plumbing and A/C service calls for the past 9 years. On the hottest day of the year (so far) our A/C stopped blowing cool air. Less than 5 minutes after scheduling an appointment for service Melissa rang us back; said she reviewed our service calls from when the home was being rented out and found the condenser breaker was tripped last year. When everything else is running why would I think breaker? Sure enough, that breaker was tripped again and Melissa saved us the trouble of suffering through a hot holiday weekend. I hired Darrell to install aluminum cable railing for my San Diego home and he was all you could ask for: prompt, polite and professional. He provided a quote that was totally fair (not the cheaper and not the most expensive).  He showed up the night before to verify the location, the supplies and to confirm that's he'd be there the next day.  He finished the job beautifully and with great care.  I highly recommend this professional!

Farhad was very prompt from when I used Yelp's Request A Quote feature. He showed up within an hour of me posting. He fixed a broken dishwasher and sink. He also correctly diagnosed the problem a broken security light that is about 15 feet high in hard-to-reach spot. There is more work to be done around the house and I will use his help again. Very friendly and clean, too.

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! I would highly recommend Gunner.

We really appreciated Christian's willingness to come over and hook our washer and dryer.  He also installed a dog door in the door of our utility room.  Courteous, on time, and easy to work with.  He went the extra mile to help us get the right sized dog door the same day.
