He arrived on the later side of the appointment window however the office made sure to maintain clear communication by proving updates on eta. I also received a text message before arrival with the technicians info and eta. Anthony was very patient and assessed every concern throughly. He had an estimate ready for me to look over. A day later I had a question about the estimate and he was kind enough to call back and provide clarification. Very professional!
