Best System Maintenance in San Antonio TX
Provided feedback and owner responded and essentially dismissed everything I had to say. Here is his message along with my response:
Owner:
I was made aware that you took issue with work that we recently performed for you. It is my understanding that you took issue with the following:
-The motion sensor that was installed for your bedroom lights was meant to be installed for your bathroom lights
-The Nest security camera that we installed for you resulted in a bush in your back yard sustaining some minor damage.
I have spoken with the technician who did the installation and my estimator that priced this work for you. I have also reviewed the invoice. The invoice clearly states that the motion sensor was to be installed in your bedroom and you signed for the completed work. This would indicate that you were satisfied with the installation and the location / function of the motion sensor. Furthermore, the technician says that he advised you not to install the motion sensor in your bedroom. If you would like us to move the motion sensor to another location, that can be done, but at an additional cost.
After speaking with both my estimator and installing technician, we will not compensate you for damage to a bush. Your vegetation in the backyard is overgrown and both of my employees advised you that there may be some minor damage to the vegetation because of where you wanted us to mount the cameras. You indicated that would not be a problem and asked us to proceed. Again, your signature on the invoice and payment would indicate that you were satisfied with the work performed.
My response to above message:
I was NOT informed that there would be damage to my plants (see pics below) and was only informed after-the-fact, once I approached installer in the backyard during installation.
As for the bedroom light, also not correct. I directed the installer to install motion detector device in bathroom. He informed that he couldn't. At that point is when I directed to install in bedroom.
You're right, the signature represents my sign off on work performed. However, it doesn't always characterize the context of the situation. If you choose not to redress, that's fine - I'll simply share my perspective /experience in the appropriate area.
To be clear, the installer was very courteous and professional. However, soft skills doesn't always align with technical competence.

Brad Parker Electric, fast service and fair pricing. Brad was able to provide same day service. Our new dryer didn't work and we found out it wasn't the dryer so it had to be an electrical problem, Brad found the problem and had it up and running quickly .

I took on a renovation project and unfortunately did not know about Jubilee Electric when I started. The electricians I did hired, did an awful job (did not wire for dishwasher, put a dryer plug for the stove, connected the front porch light to the living room so they were both on or both off, did not connect several lights, they were just there and not connected to anything, never built the box outside, took my money and never completed the job, and the list goes on and on). Then I heard about Victor and his team. They came in, accessed the situation and had it almost completed in a few days! A few days, not months or weeks! I was dealing with these other fake electricians for 4 months! Their work is excellent and reasonably priced. Hire them if you need a job done on time, on budget and stress-free!

Couldn't be happier with their service. We needed to have a light fixture relocated, as well as a quote for kitchen bucket lights. Xiaoyu was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable.
He was able to move our fixture exactly where we wanted, relocating wiring through a number of studs while minimizing cuts to the sheetrock.

My A/C had stopped cooling during a week of 100+ degree weather. Simon's was able to come out within hours when many others were scheduling days out. They listened and ask questions before scheduling. They showed up at the beginning of the time window with an army of technicians and resolved the problem in less than an hour (replace compressor parts). The service call fee is higher than others, but the prompt and thorough service without the added sales hassles you get from larger companies is worth it. Highly recommend and will be leaning on them for my A/C and other needs down the road.

Got a water heater inspection scheduled with them. Jason came over for the initial inspection to check things out. The water heater I had in my house had been unused for years due to the house being vacant before I had bought it. After about 5 minutes of having it on, he found that mineral deposits were burning in the heating element, causing the breaker to short.
Jason said he could come and fix it first thing tomorrow morning, and he wasn't kidding. Luckily I work from home, and I was able to let him into the garage to do his thing. I really appreciated the sense of urgency from him, as no hot water is something I would rather not have lingering...
Within a few hours, Jason installed a brand new water heater and a few extras to help with the longevity of the heater. While the price was a bit high, I knew it was not going to be a cheap fix. The efficiency of Jason made it more than worth it. I can take hot showers now. What a blessing.

Is there a no star button? Had them come out and do a quote for my home. Had specific things on the list. In return I get a 23000K quote for things I didn't ask for and codes that I don't understand. Had to pay $89 for nothing! Never again! They are highway robbery
