These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

We just finished with our technician and I am so happy we called them. Our AC went out last night, and we called another company to come and check it. They sent some kid who had no idea what he was doing, and tried to sell us some part worth over a grand to fix it. Luckily, I held off until the next morning and called Evenflow for another opinion. Our technician, Cecilio, could not have been more courteous, and solved our issue in under an hour. He gave us options, fully explained what was wrong and was so professional! This company does annual maintenance on AC units, and also does plumbing as well. We plan on using them from now on, so thank you Evenflow!

Breeze was able to service our AC units on very short notice. Xiaoyu did a thorough job of diagnosing, making recommendations and ultimately getting our units running efficiently! Thank you Breeze!

They are relatively responsive for quotes, but their prices were much higher than the three other quotes I received (from small and large companies). Simon's also quoted extensive work that two other electricians said was unnecessary. It was a big job and the work I ended up getting done was approved by CPS, so I guess I didn't need what Simon's recommended.
Usually, I only get one or two quotes but I am glad I paid extra to get a handful of quotes and found another company I was happy with.

I've been using Fox for a number of years. They have a wide variety of services and are generally able to get someone to my home to make repairs quickly and at a time that meets my schedule.
Their service people are polite, courteous and helpful. I will continue to use them for most of my repairs.

I've found an electric company I feel comfortable with. Starting with the quote. The quote came without a trip charge. Other companies I called required me to pay for a quote. Those companies lost my business. Even though the first day they came out late, I immediately understood how this happened. Not just because they told me they had a difficult job before mine that required extra manpower but because we're in a heat wave and ACs are being over worked and a must. But they still came out and worked in the dusk in the thick of mosquito time. They had to come back bc one of the fans had to be returned. On the second visit they completed the job which involved 2 outside outlets. 2 motion detectors, and 2 complex fan installed. Reuben and Fabian were great. They made sure the fans worked. They had the fans working. The light company's electricians from where I bought the fans, didn't know how to make the fans work given my set up. They suggested I go to an electrical company for installation of a 3rd light switch. Ruben and Fabian saved me 100s even after I told them what the light company's electrician said. My fans are installed without that third switch, and the work great. On top of everything, Champion gave me a military discount.

My A/C went out SEVERAL YEARS AGO and I called John Wayne (JW)...had seen his ads on TV. JW tech examined my system and told me it was going to cost $800 to $1200 for a repair depending upon the options I chose, but my best option because my system was seven years old was to buy a new system at a cost from $14,000 to $20,000. I had JW show me where my system was failing...it was inside my garage air system closet.
Got a second opinion from another service but said nothing to them about JW's diagnosis. The second service said it was a capacitor failure...located outside my home! Cost $150 to replace. I was concerned I was just putting a bandaid on a failing system so I showed the second service where JW had said my system was failing. The tech took out a meter and showed me that part of the system was working perfectly.
I wrote a scathing review about JW on another site. JW sent me an email offering me $50 if I would change my review to a positive one. No offer to refund me the $90 JW charged for the diagnosis. I turned JW down because I think everyone needs to know that some of the techs JW sends out will lie, over charge you and try to get you to buy an overpriced system. JW techs must get a commission on selling new units. In 2017, I bought a new 2 stage air system from the second service for a total of $7,500...half the cost of what JW wanted to sell me several years ago.
If you must replace your air system go with a 2 stage air system...slightly more expensive but my electrical bills have gone down, and there are no blasts of air or noise coming from the air ducks...it's nearly silent when it's on. I couldn't be happier and tell everyone to stay away from JW. Be sure to have your air system serviced twice a year to avoid its early demise. A loose arcing wire can ruin your system.

Do your homework BEFORE they do any work. The markup was 900% for some straightforward lighting that was done recently. I believe the technician took advantage of the fact that I was on phone meetings while the deal was being set up.

Apex electric has completed three jobs at my house. One was an emergency breaker job late at night, a Tesla charger in my garage and two outlet issues. All the jobs were completed fast and at a great price. I highly recommend Apex.
