Rearranged my whole day to be home at the time Jackson Electric said they had available.  WAITED TWO HOURS and THEY DID NOT SHOW UP, CALL OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE..  There are too many electricians out there to go through this kind of aggravation again.  I would not recommend them.

The team was very prompt and professional.  I loved that they had such great advice on some of the new renovations we are pursuing.  They did the job extremely well and even took time out to provide us with the information we needed for making more improvements.  They even helped me with another small job.  They did the job the very day they came to provide me with a quote, which I was  extremely happy about since I needed the job done before our guests arrived.

The customer service was excellent. The service call when making an appointment was accurate and very fast. After calling several different Electrical companies and getting misdiagnosis calling 5G Electric was the best decision I've ever made.

The quality ,professionalism,workmanship is spot on! We were looking to add 4 LED living room lights to ceiling with a smart dimmer switch, I do consider myself a good handyman..But this was a project left to experience ! And with multiple wires needed and adding a extra wall switch alongside via ceiling ya get the picture. Communication and understanding what we were looking for and them explaining made everything easy. Had an estimate to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. The average estimate was $60 to $80 based on the referral site.  The estimate I received from this outfit for that job was $389 and change. With my Veterans Discount it came all the way down to $369 and change. This job can be done from inside the bathroom and it is not necessary to go into the attic. There is just no way this job requires skills or time that justifies a charge this high. I received 4 other bids for this same job and the next highest bid was $200.00.

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

I just had a very good experience with Aaron of Bedwell Electric.
Aaron installed three  light fixture in our kitchen. Chandelier, light cams and fixture over our sink. Aaron came on time and used every  minute wisely.
I highly recommend Bedwell Electric.

We have been using Bryant for 10 years for a variety of installations and repairs in our 65 year old house.  Some of the work they have done for us includes: installing can lights, installing a complicated can fan in a plaster ceilinged bathroom, installing high speed lines, installing fans, new outlets, and dimmer switches.  We have worked with Nick many times and he is always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and persistent in solving some tricky electrical issues.  He is also very patient about explaining exactly how things work and providing a variety of solutions.  

I have found all my dealing with main office to be completely professional and thorough.

I had what turned out to be a minor short in a light fixture (if there is such a thing!).  The owner, Andy, was prompt in his response and got a call scheduled quickly; Adam got it diagnosed and fixed within the first hour he was here.  When I decided to have a security light installed over the front walk I contacted Live Oak again. Got the same professional response and prompt scheduling.  Aaron took care of the project, answering my questions and helping me decide which lighting option best fit my needs. Prompt, courteous, professional - I'm glad to have found them because my 30+ year old house is bound to have more electrical surprises in store for me.

Electrical work is good - so far. Do not have them do any other work. We had them paint our banister and railing and it is chipping less than a week later. Paint on ceiling is already chipping. If you like paint on light fixtures, cabinets and flooring this is the person for you. Please do not have them put up curtain rods or repair brackets in the closet. Everything was off center and uneven. Not sure a measuring tape was used. Constructive criticism is not welcomed by him. Drywall work performed is already failing just weeks after repairs. Cracks are coming back. Please beware of substandard work.
