Best Solar Electric/PV System I… in Phoenix AZ

Diontae is the go to guy. A Veteran and a top notch electrician. Work was accomplished effectively and at a reasonable price. The crew cleaned up before leaving. I have requested extra work be done but have not heard back from big boss to explain estimate. I would recommend especially Diontae and crew. Just waiting for boss to call to schedule additional work.

I called about a problem I was having with my circuit breaker yesterday. The owner (Matt) picked right up and was able to help me a few hours later that day. I'm happy to say the problem was resolved. He is an excellent electrician who was extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend Apollo to anyone!

I had a Whole House Exhaust Fan installed in August and it  cut down by about 3 or 4 hours the time we had to start the ac in the morning. Saving money on our APS bill. It creates a comfortable breeze through the house in the evening and cools the core temperature through the night. I sized the unit up one size, making it more efficient and able to run on low or medium speed instead of on high after the startup clears the attic space of the days heat. Elan's installation crew was very professional, the install was neat and clean. I would recommend them for any more work needed.

Arizona Electrical did a great job installing a Tesla wall charger and pre-wiring for an additional one.  They were friendly, curious, and made every effort to make it easier for me to patch drywall after install.  They went the extra mile to try and save me money in that respect.  Price was also reasonable with no surprises.  I've found my go-to electrical company for future projects.

Mike was on time and did an excellent job replacing all my wired smoke detectors to lithium batteries. He also checked the fireplace wires.
Happy to know I have found the best electrician in PV!

Go somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

They never respond to any inquiries. Their sales team is very responsive and persistent at first, but once that contract is signed it takes forever to hear from them. Every step of the way you will need to call and make sure they are doing what is needed. No communication. No support. No plan. You are basically running your own project at this point.

Luckily I was home at the time of install for my solar panels, because if I wasn't there was going to be some cheap off-brand panels installed on my roof without a single word from this place. They tried to do a bait and switch on me - right in front of me. So take caution. I caught them in the act and had them switch them out. I signed a contract for a particular brand that the sales team was promoting and they seriously tried to put cheaper, less quality panels on my roof. How would I have known? How would any T&K customer know at this point.

They took nearly 70 days to get my solar operational after installation. They failed the inspection on 3 separate occasions. Everytime I would inquire about it this is what I would get:

1. It's only going to be another week or 2
2. the ball is in APS' court, it's out of our control

Both are false. APS was on time, they were early. T&K failed to meet every deadline or promise.

On top of all of that - I had to pay my loan while my system was not even running. Which is pointless. Paying for inactive equipment? Maybe in T&K's asinine world this makes sense. T&K promised me a reimbursement check, but that has not been seen but the ops team said they would get it in the mail today, that was a week ago after multiple weeks of asking.

Bottom line - they chase the money and don't give a damn about the customer. Now I am locked in this with them for the next 20 years, which is not thrilling to say the least.

Get it together...

I work with Adam and Kira on their solar procurement and design. They are fabulous people to work with! They offer the best deal I've seen, have a very transparent process by involving the homeowner in the procurement of the equipment, and always complete amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area looking to go solar!

Sonya arrived at the beginning of my two hour window, quickly diagnosed my problem, and corrected several poor wiring problems in my breaker box, which she said had not been properly installed years ago at build time. Two wires were badly burned and could have started a fire.

She was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. G&S Electric was the service provider sent by my home warranty company (2-10 Home Warranty) to repair my doorbell. The technician replaced the transformer, and the doorbell works perfectly now.

Jason and his guys just installed a new outlet and installed a vanity mirror with LED lights and everything was quick and easy! They responded promptly and were easy to schedule with, showed up on time and everything looks great. Would highly recommend JM Electrical.
