Best Gas Furnace Repair in Philadelphia PA

Generation 3 Electric & HVAC Electrician
I have used Gen3 quite a few times now, and I am never disappointed.  The people, the customer service and the work performed is always top notch.
Stan came recently to replace all my hard-wired smoke detectors, on Christmas Eve, no less.
Stan, like the rest, was professional and courteous.
Cyndy always provides fantastic customer service, as does Nicole.
I do not hesitate to recommend them for all your electrical needs.

Artisan Home Services Electrician
Bret from Artisan Home Services came out because we had a bad leak at our water service coming into the house thru the foundation.  He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to explain the details of the proposed job.  He did a meticulously neat job fixing the leak and adding a new shutoff valve at a reasonable price.
It's great to have found a responsive, reputable plumber at a reasonable price.

Ben's ProServ Electrician
The first tech spent more time talking about 'political issues' than troubleshooting my HVAC issue. Needless to say he didn't fix it. Later, a second tech 'thought' he knew what the issue was and proceeded to replace a part but charged us full price for a part that was under warranty and didn't bother to check. When we brought up that the part was under warranty the next day to Ben's ProServ they said it was too late to get reimbursed. To make matters worse the HVAC is still having the same issues before Ben's ProServ was ever contacted and meanwhile I'm out hundreds of dollars. They did offer to send yet another person out and waive their initial visit fee but after charging us for a part that they shouldn't have charged us for and for the fact that they already had two techs out that couldn't figure out what was going on with no offer to refund the erroneously charged part, I figured it was a safer bet to avoid this company.

Lowry Services Electrician
I had some electrical work done which included adding two outlets for my garage door openers.  They charged me $800.00 to pull power from the light closest to each door so I wouldn't need an extension cord.  After the work was done,  The garage door opener on one side had no power going to the opener because it was using the light outlet power closest to the door which they disconnected to run the new outlet. This door was working fine prior tot he outlet being installed.  The new outlet was not needed to operate the door after the work was done.  In the event, the opener ever needed to be replaced the new outlet would be optimal placement without the need of the extension cord.  As they were packing up, I told them the opener had no power and they said they would fix it and then leave since I had to go to dinner.  I returned to see the door was left on manual, no power, and the light they pulled out they just put back in.  No note was left to explain why they could not fix it. I am now left with an outlet no working opener which will still needs an extension cord and called twice on 2 separate days and both times I was told that a manager would call me.  I am still waiting for a call back...  Work was done on Monday and today is Thursday.  I would like a call back from the owner at this point.
