Cody and the gang were great. We had what I thought was a small job that might have turned into a BIG job. He worked with the power company to get it fixed quickly. Thank you so much!

I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services. He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan. It is working great cooling my attic. He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions. Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic. He will be the first person I will call for any services I need. I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

We have struggled with our furnace going out when the artic cold fronts come through under 25degrees. It would work ok above 25 but not below 25 degrees, when we desperately needed it. Dense Mechanical was prompt to help us out and did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are willing to do whatever it takes to protect your family and your house. We highly recommend them. Rod B.

Blatant Violation of Labor Laws:
I'm putting on blast my experience not as slander but as truth, of Ford AV blatant disregard and possible misunderstanding of the Oklahoma Labor Law.
My last day with the above was 12/4. By OK Labor Law my final paycheck is to be to me by next pay period (12/11). With the obligation it be to me no later then 3 days after (so 12/14).
As of today (12/18) I have not received it.
I contacted their head of HR on 12/16 (2 day after they were legally obligated to make I had received it) and informed them I had not. My email was promptly forwarded to the payroll team.
They informed me that they check was cut o 12/8 and believe put in the mail on 12/9 (no proof) (P.S. it is Christmas and a pandemic). Feeling it was lost in the mail, I asked they send it certified or overnight for tracking and timely delivery.
The following day 12/17 (now 3 days after requiring I receive my pay) they inform me they do not control the mail and time when things are delivered. This to me makes me think that they believe once they put it in the mail their legal obligation is done. Disregarding the need of receiving. After lots of discussions it was determined by HR that they need to send me a new check.
The next day 12/18. They informed to ship it overnight I was to pay them $40, to cover the shipment. Because it was my request and they don't control time of delivery.
I showed them the OK law that required them to have it to me post 3 days. (I did not require them on what method of final payment on termination so was strictly Ford AV's decision, which failed).
So I refused to pay them to correct their error. They are now sending me a new check but via UPS ground (only for the tracking) and again during Christmas in a pandemic. So if (and I expressed this to them) I receive it on time (3-5 business days) I will be receiving it 9-11 days after legal obligation. That puts delivery 12/23-12/25. Probably not going to happen. That now put delivery 12/28 (the first business day after Christmas) 14 days (2 weeks) beyond their legal obligation to have delivered my final paycheck.
After I showed them the law they went this route anyways, purposely ignoring OK Labor Law of final payment.
Once it's in the mail your obligation is not over. Final reception of the pay is the law. I have file a grievance with OK Department of Labor against Ford. Not for any missed compensation. As I do believe they intended to pay me in a timely manner. But for their disregard of the law, for follow up.

He did work in my niece's house and did a very bad job. She had to hire someone else to perform the same job she paid Harris Electric to do. Can't give you a real detailed quote in writing.
Stay away from him.
