I needed a pool pump timer installed. I requested a bid on a Sunday, he responded within a hour. Came out the next day, and did a great job. Good prices and very professional. Work looks like a million bucks. The timer works on wifi, so an app controls the on off time from anywhere. I highly recommend Xact for all electrical needs.

I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services.  He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan.  It is working great cooling my attic.  He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions.  Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic.  He will be the first person I will call for any services I need.  I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

Scheduled an appointment to have a doorbell installed. The day of the appointment they called and said they had to reschedule so I rescheduled for the following week. The technician came out to install the doorbell then but didn't have the proper equipment on his truck so told us he had to come back the next day. I adjusted my schedule and setup the appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment (appointment #3) they asked to reschedule again. Complete waste of my time and highly unreliable service.
