Best Fluorescent Light Repair in Oklahoma City OK
I find Ben of Ben's Electric to be very unresponsive, unfortunately. I requested that he do some work, and he confirmed that he would be at the subject property two Fridays ago. Unfortunately, he never went to the property, and never communicated back to me that he hadn't gone and wasn't going to go. I'm very disappointed with his service, and wish Ben were a better communicator so I would have been able to have the work done promptly by someone that cares.

Cody and the gang were great. We had what I thought was a small job that might have turned into a BIG job. He worked with the power company to get it fixed quickly. Thank you so much!
ACE Electric is friendly, they keep you updated, and I will definitely use them again!

Shane Robb is a really nice guy AND a tip-top electrician. (Highly intelligent. Wonderfully dependable work. Motivated and friendly, and the polar opposite of some of the slackers I've dealt with over the years.)
Good job, Shane!

First time to use Aspen. Electricians were professional and their work was top notch.
I have scheduled some more work with them next week.

When my A/C breaker failed today, my a/c guy referred me to Passion Electric, Bo, the owner, called two of his customers scheduled for today to ask if he could reschedule them so that he could fix my breaker so that I would have A/C. When he arrived, he inspected my entire electrical box, identified another breaker that needed replacing, and fixed some loose wires. He had to make trips to 2 locations to acquire the needed breaker (I live in an historical home with an older electrical system), and he kept me updated the entire time. Bo & his apprentice Camden are personable individuals, and Bo explained everything thoroughly. He'll be my go-to guy for any electrical needs I have.

I just had the most wonderful experience getting an attic fan installed by Terrell Lemons Owner/Contractor With Better Days Contractor Services. He worked flawlessly with my warranty company and installed a virtually silent fan. It is working great cooling my attic. He and his assistant were pleasant, polite and answered all my questions. Terrell even made me a video of the new fan working so I did not have to get up in the attic. He will be the first person I will call for any services I need. I will also refer my friends and neighbors to him.

We were wanting a new outlet installed high on the wall to connect a tv. Based on previous reviews I contacted Firefly Electricians. An appointment was scheduled about 1 week following my call. Two gentlemen arrived on the arranged date and arrived about 15 minutes after calling that they were on their way . They were Covid-19 compliant wearing masks as they worked. They were thorough and it took them @ 1 hour to complete the work. They cleaned the area up and the outlet is exactly how we wanted it.

So, Mr. Sparky comes out at my request (timely I might add...) to provide a quote for upgrading my electrical panel, and installing a generator outlet with the proper disconnect. They upsell whole home surge protectors (and another for the AC) and bonding the water and gas lines. They give me a quote that was considerably higher than a local electrical shop... I chose to go with Mr. Sparky because I assumed (yea... I know) that I was getting a top end no hassle 100% satisfaction guaranteed company to do the work and that I would not have to bother with anything... Turns out I was wrong... VERY WRONG
They send an electrician out that did not have all the supplies for the job... I'll have to come back tomorrow and finish up only to have me calling several days later to find out when they were coming back to finish up...( I ended up calling so much that they knew who I was when I called and why I was calling...That's not good) I had to have them out ASAP to address why my dryer breaker was tripping (after their first visit) come to find out they put a 20 amp breaker when it called for a 30 amp... they didn't have a 30 so they put a 40 in to hold us over until they found a 30...
After their initial completion I looked things over to find out they didn't install surge protector on AC. I had to point out that it wasn't done, they didn't bond the water, didn't label the panel correctly. I tried to turn off the oven to replace the element only to find that breaker turned off the AC. I was told the generator cable was on backorder only to have them make the cable the last time they were out but they made incorrectly and had to come back out to correct that.
I have spent several evenings repairing drywall where they cut the hole too large for the new panel and where they cut a hole in the wall to bond my water line (next to the panel)
What should have been at tope two visits to do all the work ended up to be eight (or more...I lost count)
I was fine paying a higher rate expecting to get a top of the line experience. My experience was poor at best and I would not recommend anyone use their service.
Their 100% satisfaction guarantee... is not my experience... Satisfaction is feeling pleased or contented with what has been experienced or received... I am not
