Today was my second time using Primo's service to install two Samsung Frame TVs (43 and 55) and to say I was pleased with their service is an understatement! I first used their service in January of 2019 to install my 43 in an old brownstone building. They had the Frame seamlessly up against the wall in minutes. When I was in the market again this month, I immediately reached out. They were able to schedule time very quickly. They go above and beyond to provide speedy service without sacrificing the quality.. and at very fair prices!  Neville and his teammate were very professional and complied with social distances/covid procedures.

I will continue to use Primo and recommend them to my friends! Thank you Primo!!

Chose this business to do my TV mounting based on reviews.  Unfortunately they are not equipped or properly licensed to work in upscale buildings.

I scheduled an appointment with Linda which initially was a smooth process.  My building required a certificate of insurance and a copy of the electrician's license before authorizing the work.

This is unfortunately where everything went wrong.  When asked for the listed documentation, the certificate of insurance costed a surcharge of $25, only to be filled out incorrectly, and then no response back from Linda until I had to chase her down for 4 hours later for a correction.

To make matters worse, they could not provide proof of licensing for the electrician.  Instead of calling us and informing us of this, they cancelled our appointment without contact and blamed my building for being too strict.

The documentation that was asked for is standard protocol in many buildings in NJ.  Very unprofessional way to handle clients and it seems likely they arent properly licensed to do the work.

UPDATE: To respond to you Linda, no we did not wait until the last minute to ask for documentation. You did not provide the correct documentation to begin with and I had to remind you hours later for it.  I'm not at all sympathetic to your losses as a result from this review as I've only reciprocated your behavior.  You blindsided us with a cancellation and as can be seen in the photos, not a single apology was made for the sudden cancellation.  This happened solely because of poor/slow handling of the situation and lack of communication thereafter.
