Business was super responsive when contracting the work! We severely underestimated the number of outlets we had in the house, and Danny and his team switched out 83 plus two outdoor sconces in one day. Great experience and will be calling them for future work.

Danny and Nano were GREAT!!! I had a lot on my punch-list and they were very efficient, knowledgeable, neat and fun...Thank you...Don't hesitate to book them for a lot more than TV mounting!

Very poor service. I needed my TV dismounted for wallpaper installation. When they didn't arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled time, I called just to make sure everything was all right. They assured me that the guy was on his way and would be there shortly. 20 or so minutes later they call back to say that the guy called in sick and can't make it. Meanwhile, I have the wallpaper installers waiting to get to work. I had previously explained to them my timing, and they should have alerted me in advance that they couldn't make it. It shouldn't have required me to call to find out what was going on.

Edit:  In regard to the business's response:  it's not insensitive of me to expect an update when you know timing is important. I was told your technician was injured the day before (it's not like it occurred right before my appointment). And since you knew, you should have told me.

Please offer more services! I've used them to mount all my TV's and just discovered they also do electrical work. I just recently got ripped off by Gold Medal Services and found out I could've gone to primo instead.

Primo is the best because they are transparent, honest, skilled, knowledgeable, and quickly available. I'm amazed at how difficult it is to find these characteristics in people who offer home services. I will always check with you guys for all jobs first before googling anyone else.

Primo did a great job mounting my TV and concealing my wires - they even installed the backlights I bought for the TV for me and stuck my router behind the TV so that you couldn't see it. Such a clean job, very polite, and unbeatable prices - my quote from Geek Squad was over $250, and Primo was around $125 before tip. Also very knowledgeable about my mount and showed me how to move the TV around correctly without damaging the walls. They were very responsive throughout the process and arrived a bit early and waited for me to get home. Will absolutely use them in the future if ever needed.

Reached out to Primo about a rather dangerous, urgent TV installation (TV was unstable in family room where young children play) - they were here next day and did a fantastic job!

Danny and his colleague was extremely patient with installation of my 55 inch TV and Bose Surround System as the job probably took longer then they originally anticipated as an input to the TV was not working so an alternative route needed to be taken. They did a very clean look with all wires being fully concealed.

I look forward to using them AGAIN very SOON once I get my other TV :-)

The experience from beginning from making an appointment, to the work actually being done far exceeded my expectations. They were able to provide pictures of prior work done before I made my appointment. Pricing was very reasonable. The availability was quick. Danny was very patient & explained all the work he was going to do prior to starting the project. He was very thorough, professional & cleaned up after the job was completed. He was very patient with the all of the questions. I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Danny and John came to install 3 tv's . 75, 65 and 55. Amazing job! Patient and super professional, even when i changed my mind on the height placement  of the last tv. Simply amazing, was done in less than 2 hours with all wires hidden and also electric outlets for all tvs. Compared to the last ppl i used, they are a godsend. Go with these guys! They are the real deal!

I am further updating the comment as we all are going through tough time and I don't want them to suffer because the job they did not good for me.

This company did not even accept that job was not done well and they will try to do better job for providing more training to their staff. Anyways please tell your staff how they gonna do the job and how many holes they are going to do for putting simple recessed lighting.

Stay away from this agency. Complete fraud. The women who respond on yelp has no idea of pricing. When her electrician showed up he asked for 50% more money and he completely tear down the ceilings and left lots of mark on the wall. Because of them now I have to spend $1500 more to have everything fixed.

They hire folks with no proper training and license. Stay away from this agency. I wish I can give zero stars.

A complete disaster as now we have to delay our move to new house.

Added more - to install 2 lights they made 7 holes in the ceilings and 1 hole is almost 7 feet long. When I spoke to the electrician and he declined to entertain saying that electrician does not work with this company anymore.

Please hire folks who is eligible to do the job. When I showed the work to my painter and he said he never seen that poor job ever.

They were professional, quick and made the whole process very easy. even saved me a few fights with my wife on adding on hanging some lights we need up as well!  would use them again

Great job! We bought a house with no ceiling lights in the kids rooms. I found Primo on Yelp. Linda was responsive through messaging, letting me share photos and ideas and getting a fair price.

Danny came as scheduled and did a perfect job. Cleaned up. Worked hard in the attic to avoid making any holes in the walls. Let me know of any issues and how we could address.  Couldn't be happier

These guys are great! They struggled a bit because of the wall type but did NOT give up! They got it up and it looks great! Everything is concealed and they made sure everything worked before they left. I would hire them again in a second!

I had a great experience with Primo TV & Home Services. Danny installed a new outlet outside my home, installed an outdoor light, and helped me figure out what was wrong with an old transformer. Quick response, great communication, great pricing, and clean work. I highly recommend this company.

Very knowledgeable electrician. They installed three Ring floodlight cameras professionally. On time, communicates well and good pricing. Will use them for future electrical jobs around the house.

Called Primo TV & Home Services Saturday morning. Explain to them what I needed, we agreed on a price. Asked them when they would available to do the job, to my surprise they came the same day. Job was performed as agreed. Very professional, would highly recommend.

Danny quoted me a good, flat rate for a chandelier installation. Other places quoted me significantly more, or they pulled the shady hourly rate routine (prepare to get nickle-and-dimed with those types).

Danny and Tommy did a great job with the installation, and they were very friendly. Also, Tommy took a look at some other wiring for me. I wanted to make sure it was safe for a light fixture installation. Knowing I was once an aviation electrician, he encouraged me to complete that job myself (instead of paying him to do it). That's refreshing given my experience with just about every other NJ contractor I've ever spoken with. I'm certain others would have tried to rewire the house.

Also, Linda was very quick to respond to my initial quote request, and she was always easily accessible (as was Tommy).

I recommend this company without hesitance--best experience in NJ so far.

Dan and his team did an amazing job installing our TV over the fireplace with the adjustable mantle mount. It wasn't an easy task, they had to drill through brick and add an outlet. Very satisfied with the outcome, highly recommended!

Primo Team did a fantastic job installing my new ceiling fan! Clean, neat, fast and professional.

They called 45 minutes before my appointment to tell me they were arriving 15 min earlier. On arrival, they check all the wires, consulted me on my preferred place to place the new fan, and worked on! It took them about 1-hour since they had to make a new hole on the dry wall, and run the wires.

After installation, and checking that everything worked perfectly, they cleaned all the construction mess:).

Highly recommended. I will not hesitate in writing them back! Also the price was fair, and I was able to pay with a credit card using square. Nice!

Chose this business to do my TV mounting based on reviews.  Unfortunately they are not equipped or properly licensed to work in upscale buildings.

I scheduled an appointment with Linda which initially was a smooth process.  My building required a certificate of insurance and a copy of the electrician's license before authorizing the work.

This is unfortunately where everything went wrong.  When asked for the listed documentation, the certificate of insurance costed a surcharge of $25, only to be filled out incorrectly, and then no response back from Linda until I had to chase her down for 4 hours later for a correction.

To make matters worse, they could not provide proof of licensing for the electrician.  Instead of calling us and informing us of this, they cancelled our appointment without contact and blamed my building for being too strict.

The documentation that was asked for is standard protocol in many buildings in NJ.  Very unprofessional way to handle clients and it seems likely they arent properly licensed to do the work.

UPDATE: To respond to you Linda, no we did not wait until the last minute to ask for documentation. You did not provide the correct documentation to begin with and I had to remind you hours later for it.  I'm not at all sympathetic to your losses as a result from this review as I've only reciprocated your behavior.  You blindsided us with a cancellation and as can be seen in the photos, not a single apology was made for the sudden cancellation.  This happened solely because of poor/slow handling of the situation and lack of communication thereafter.

Highly recommend this company! Reached out to them to mount my tv on the wall and they came the next day! Did a perfect job and VERY clean and Organized!!! My cables were a huge mess and he was able to organize everything perfectly and at a timely manner! You will not be disappointed!!!

I called Primo to get a quote, the rep I talked to was prompt and quick with responses. Danny and his associate to came to install my 75 TV, sound bar and a chandelier light on the wall.

They were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job with the install. They made two extra outlets to hide the wires behind my tv, which freed up more outlet space.

During the job, I asked them to install a bike rack and cabinet on the wall as well for a reasonable price, they did an awesome job on that as well. For the bike rack I had my own bike kit with screws, but they recommended and used their own screws which were bigger and provided more support.

Everything took around 2-3 hours which probably would of took me 2 days to do everything, so it was worth the price. I would definitely recommend them for any small job or tv install.

Danilo and Edwin are the best. I just bought a house and the guys came in and made the stress of the new home owner experience a little less. Very courteous and professional. I was missing some items to finish the job and they went out of their way to go to home depot with me. They helped me hang some TVs , set up some shelves and rods for my closets, bedrooms and bathrooms. They even helped me install my ring flood light camera and chandelier. Highly recommend. I will be reaching out once i get my new TV.

To give Primo TV & Homes Services only 5 stars is an insult.  I was looking to have four TVs mounted (on of which was 82) when I came across this amazing company. What started out as a job for TV mounting turned into countless additional jobs over the span of two days. These men worked tirelessly to not only mount my TVs but they installed two ceiling fans, 12 Sonos speakers, 4 sound bars, installed cabinets in my garage, installed a ring door bell, did electrical work, installed outlets, and dimmers switches. After working in my home for 21 hours Danny will be back to install my video cameras. Thank you Danny, T, Linda, and all of the men that worked on my home and over the last few days. You were all truly amazing. Oh did I say they do plumbing work too!

Great service! The office was very communicative and responded within minutes. They got us an appointment for a few days later. The guys who did the actual work were friendly, professional and worked quickly. Fantastic all around. I will definitely hire them again.

They replaced my attic fan motor with thermostat and replaced bathroom ceiling fan.  I'm not disclosing price but it was 1/2 the price of what other electricians and roofers charge. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier.   Only reason they didn't get 5 star was they didn't put the thermostat cover correctly which I fixed.  Second was my bathroom fan was high tech which later I found out from Panasonic required 3 way switch or fan being hardwired.   I called company and left a message but I still did not hear from them.   I actually was going to pay for the return trip to rewire but still I didn't hear from them.  Overall  I'm satisfied with the work.

We had several fixtures we wanted to swap out in our new home and we're glad that we used Primo TV. Danny and Tommy arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. They quickly assessed the scope of the full project, let me know if anything needed to be changed or adjusted from what my original expectations, and laid out all of my options. Pricing was fair and they offer credit card payments as well, which definitely helps with bigger jobs. It helps when you have an electrician that's not afraid to explain the process either, so you have a better understanding of what other things you may be looking to have done down the road.

Danny and the gang did a great job.  They installed 30 recess lights in one day. They were efficient reliable and punctual with their work.  They also installed our tv and a fan. They are knowlegeable amd helpful. They made our renovation project very easy.

These guys are the Worst! Came in to install some light fixtures ending up blowing up all the light switches. For 2 months Danny said he was going to come back and fix. He dicked me around and never showed. What a ripoff

Hired to install two smart switches that were giving me trouble. Danny and team messaged me ahead of time to.let me know the exact time they were arriving. Upon arrival they troubleshoot the issue and installed the switches quickly. Professional and friendly service, highly recommend.

Danny mount a TV above my fireplace. The TV was centered appropriately and the installation was quick. They did cancel on me on two occasions but at the end they delivered. The price was also reasonable.

TV Mounting: Although it turned out that the TV shipped to us was broken after installing, Danny and his associated made the best of the situation. Mount was placed at the optimal height and done professionally with the parts I had. We got the replacement, and now TV on the mount is looking real nice!  What I liked best was that they didn't try to gouge us unlike other contractors. They priced me very well and I will definitely refer to them.

Danny was quick, efficient and neat. I contacted him about replacing all the lights in my kitchen to LED with dimmers. He suggested a different type of light and a dimmer which he purchased for me beforehand. I'm very happy with his decision and I will hire him and his team again.

I submitted a request through yelp for Primo TV & Home services to conceal coax cable behind walls and across a living/dining area. They were super responsive in replying to my request on Yelp. They were also able to come out the next day to complete the install. Very professional technicians who were able to quickly get the work done at a fair price. Great job / I would recommend and use them again if I needed help again.

Quick, professional, detailed, and fairly priced. Not really sure what else you want - these are the guys to call! They got over and got the job done with less than 24 hours notice - and were in and out in less than an hour with my apartment just as before they came.
