I typically hang my own chandeliers, but when I opened the box from Restoration Hardware, I realized this was no ordinary chandelier, even by their standards.  This one was oddly constructed and extremely heavy.  

The electrician who showed up, Steve, took it all in stride.  No issues or concerns.  No complaints either about the monster he was about to hang.

Long story, short; he hung it perfectly and without issue.  I would definitely recommend this company and especially this electrician.  Bonus: Steve texted me updates on his arrival time, etc which I greatly appreciated.

I had a complicated job to get done, and contacted a few electricians - Mike was the only one that offered a solution that didn't require going through walls and was easy on the wallet.

The project is now done, and we are very happy with how it turned out. He was very professional, gave us advice on how to handle some other electric projects, and his quote was accurate. I would definitely recommend him.

Klod is AMAZING! Super responsive...our terrible building couldn't fix our lights. we had a floor lamp in the bathroom for months. We reached out to Titanium and 3 hours later... FIXED! Incredibly reasonably priced! $200 for fixing 2 light fixtures (we bought them from the local hardware store-he even waited for us to do this)... he even wrapped our light switches because they were unsafe.
FINALLY... an honest, efficient electrician!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY... did I mention.. H*I*G*H*L*Y Recommend!!!

We had to make an emergency call late at night and none of the 24/7 service electricians picked up nor returned our call.
Finally, we found NYC Electricians and Anthony picked up, took our information, sent Mark to our place within an hour.
He was super efficient and professional. Saved us from possible worst case. He kindly suggested us for an upgrade for our box and check up on small things-we will for sure call them again to make an appointment and ask for Mark. He is the best.

I was so lucky when Dan stopped in my yard to ask for the location of an address that was not mine. When I saw his truck, I told him that I needed some work done. After he went to his scheduled appointment, he came back to my house to give me an estimate. The price was right so I asked him to return to install an outlet and convert two fixtures to accommodate LED bulbs. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and professional. He was friendly over the phone, and gave me a reasonably priced quote for my problem (I needed a hard line to my old dishwasher replaced with a traditional socket). His price was significantly lower than the other electricians I called for quotes. He showed up the next day and was courteous and professional, and quickly installed the socket. He even explained to me what he was doing when I asked.

Wow...this company is amazing!  I called before 11am for a kitchen outlet repair. Joe and Ricky showed up at 1130am, finished everything including fixing my doorbell and troubleshooting a couple other issues I have around the house by 1230pm.  Best part...I didn't get ripped off!  They were upfront with the cost and hourly rate and how long they would take.  They didn't try to nickel and dime me or try to take the longest route to fix the problem.  Very honest and competent.  This is what you call a Professional.  I just want to acknowledge them for such a great job and being amazing people.  Would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Tony was GREAT! I highly recommend this company! They scheduled me in right away! Mingy sent me the necessary proof of insurance and license within MINUTES.

Tony and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got my plumbing fixed. The toilet I ordered from the manufacturer was broken when we opened the box and Tony went around Manhattan and got me another toilet same day!

Unlike other electricians who treat you like a number and are quick to move onto their next job, Konstantinos (the owner of the business) feels like a partner, making sure you are happy throughout the job. Very experienced and personable. He also does the work himself, which was immensely valuable to us - being onsite and answering our ignorant questions throughout the job. Pricing was transparent and very fair as well.

Peter was quick to respond and was able to come the same day we connected. I had a fairly simple issue with a lighting switch that he was able to quickly diagnose. Unfortunately one of the connectors was busted, so he came back the next day and finished work after I got the new piece, Great service, great guy.

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
