They're not cheap, but maybe when you're dealing with 20 amps of 110v AC that can burn your house down if you look at it wrong cheap is not what you actually want?  David was prompt, ruthlessly honest about the task at hand, and completed the work on time.  No complaints.

Unreliable, unprofessional, non-communicative. Yes! you do I asked you several time for the dryer outlet installation. You ignore me suddenly when I asked your availability. Thats bad business. You could been honest you dont know how to do it instead of ignoring me. You acted like when asked to reschedule you acted like I wasted your time and gas, when clearly we are just texting for possible schedule its not like you travel all the way to me and turn you down, I text you immediately when can work be done, just ignore the whole time. I am elated that I found 745 Electric. I called Will around 9 am on a Saturday morning and he came at a mutually convenient time in the early afternoon. Will was prompt and came prepared to install a new ceiling light fixture in the kitchen. He found an issue with the circuitry which he explained in layman's terms. I agreed with his conclusion and he adjusted accordingly. I also asked him to change the outlets to reflect current standards. He did so willingly and skillfully without hesitation. Will is personable and conveys professionalism, proficiency, and sincerity. I thought Will's prices were reasonable and competitive.

I strongly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I sold my house to an FHA buyer and as expected, the inspector flagged a few things with the electrical system in our house.  Of course, the buyer asked for the entire house to be rewired, but we were not willing to spend the $4000+ to do that, so we countered and told them we would address only the items the inspector actually flagged, which were: correct reverse polarity in 2 outlets; install dedicated line from panel to 2 kitchen counter outlets and properly ground the GFIs; install a dedicated line to the bathroom and install GFI; install a dedicated line to the laundry room and install a GFI; and install a ground wire from the panel to the water meter.  Jim came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate to do all this work and once we made the decision to go with him, we scheduled the work to be completed a couple weeks later.  Two gentlemen came out to do the work and they were very nice, polite, and respectful.  I am always worried about being disrespected or taken advantage of as a woman in these situations, but they were both great.  When their work was finished, I asked them if I could use their outlet tester to take pictures of the grounded outlets and the corrected outlets to send to my realtor - she would be sending these on to the buyer's agent to show that the work had been completed.  During this last round, we discovered that one of the kitchen outlets did not have the same test result as the other, which led me to believe it might not be properly grounded.  I won't pretend to understand electrical work or terminology, but he tried to explain it to me - why it was fine the way it was, and would pass inspection - but I told him it would just make me feel better if the tester lit up the same way on this second kitchen outlet as it did on the first.  And he happily complied.  Without an attitude or irritation or anything.  So thank you so much for that!  It only took him an extra 10-15 minutes and at that point I was 100% satisfied with the work!  All said and done, this came out to less than $900, and I'm very pleased with the experience.  Jim was great to work with and so were his two men!

Don't recommend. He was like you didn't pay me from three years ago. I said why didn't you say anything? Nothing. Slightly aggressive and annoying. I would hire someone else.

Definitely definitely will be using Fleming Electric in the future. I called in the middle of the night and Casey called back at 6am. So grateful. Fixed our smoke detector issue in the morning.

Azam was wonderful.
While two previous electricians came and wanted to charge and outrageous amount just to trouble shoot.
Azam came in did a quick check of the outlets and was able to fix one of the issues the same day.
He came prepared with the tools and materials he needed.
He needed to come back the next day for my 2nd issue. He was on time and finished the Job in one day. He also cleaned up after the work efficiently which most contractors do not do.

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
