Best System Maintenance in Nashville TN

My refrigerator went out on the morning of June 19th.  I contacted Home advisor seeking help.  I got a phone call from 615-394-3956 asking what kind of help I needed.  I explained my situation.  He explained to me that he couldn't come out that day but perhaps the next day.  Later that evening, he again called and said he would be calling me early that next morning to get my address and give me a time in which he would be here. When he called me the following morning,  I asked him to please call my friends phone who was there with me to make the arrangements since my phone was nearly dead.  We waited 1 hour for him to call back but he never did. I tried numerous times to call him back that day but kept getting his voice mail.  The last time I called his phone, I left a message asking him to please let me know one way or another if he was going to make it or not so I can make other arrangements to have someone else come over and fix my refrigerator.  I never did hear from him again.  He held up my whole day. By the time I contacted another company,  it was to late to get the refrigerator fixed.  I lost a lot of food and time.  Now I will have to wait till Monday to even contact someone else.  The least he could have done was to tell me that he wouldn't be able to make it.

Seriously? Why should I give you your competitors quotes? That's not very ethical of me, nor fair to them since they gave their best price without having to play games.

I asked Ilir to come install a new chandelier and a ring door bell. He was very communicative, punctual, professional, and went above and beyond in problem-solving when a few small issues came up. He will be my go-to electrician going forward!

My heat was out and I called Rusty again, because he took care of me last year when I had a similar problem (which he had fixed immediately).  These guys are quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.  Rusty obviously cares about solving the problem and taking care of you, without running up the cost and the tech he sent out this time was quick and efficient as well.  Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE KNOWLEDGE!!!!
I was referred to Helton's from my home warranty company for repair of my mini split A/C unit.  The first appointment, the technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 11am.  I made it clear to the scheduler that I had an appointment that could not be rescheduled at noon.  The technician finally arrived at my home at 11:30am after several phone calls.  He had zero knowledge of mini split systems and was not shy about admitting that (why would they send this tech in the first place?).  He gave it a brief look over (seriously just a look. no touching or taking things apart) and said it seemed to be working fine.  I asked several questions regarding the general operating system of this unit, all of which he was unable to answer.  He then asked for a check.  
Three days later, the compressor froze and spewed ice all over my room.  My home warranty company again referred me to Helton's.  I spoke with the scheduler and set up an appointment for the following day between 8am and noon. At 12:00, when I still hadn't heard from a tech, I called.  I was told that they tried calling my home warranty company to let them know that they don't have any technicians with knowledge of mini split systems, but were on hold for too long so gave up.  NO ONE FROM HELTON'S BOTHERED TO CALL ME (the customer) and inform me that my appointment had been cancelled and they would not be sending anyone out. RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME.

We needed our heat pump replaced and a mini split installed and Jesse did a great job of helping us. He explained everything and even did an involved test to check and make sure we were getting the right size for our house. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

I recommend Top of the Line for your irrigation system. He found all of our sprinkler heads that have been buried for years, uncovered the underground valve boxes, and installed new shut off in such a timely manner I couldn't believe.
Call this small locally owned business and he'll make sure you're satisfied and everything works as if brand new!

Bad customer service. Workers were late, another worker cut too much wall out. Took additional weeks for the job to be completed. The owner Michael Street is very hard to get in contact with To discuss issues.
