I have used NEI for over 7 years. Love... love Mr Dee and his men. They have repaired my appliances and installed new hot water heaters. If he can repair it he does but if he can't then I go buy a new one. He has been honest, reliable and professional at all times. I have recommended NEI to several of my family and friends.

Had a simple electrical repair that I didn't want to try myself. YouTube videos showed it was a five minute fix and in hindsight I should have done that.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Technicians were professional.

On the downside, it was considerably more expensive than others would have been had I just waited another day (even with their loyalty program discount). Then a few days later they sent me seven texts at 6:36am begging for reviews on social media which woke up my family for no reason.

I was drawn to the family business idea and I'd use them again in a pinch, but they would not be my first call.

I asked Ilir to come install a new chandelier and a ring door bell. He was very communicative, punctual, professional, and went above and beyond in problem-solving when a few small issues came up. He will be my go-to electrician going forward!

My AC went out over the weekend during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called Climate Pro on Monday morning at 7:30am and Rusty was amazing to chat with! He got a technician named Josh out to my house by 9:30am to fix everything. Not only did Josh quickly find the source of the problem, even when there was no obvious issue at first, but he made sure to show me the problem, give me solutions, and not try to upsell me. I recently moved into the house, and he even pointed out that I had an air filter in the basement that I had no idea existed! Highly recommend this company--they were kind, efficient, and cost effective. Will definitely use them in the future!

I just had Helten's out here today to replace my air conditioner / heat pump. They are a family-owned business and David and his son came out today to replace my equipment. I could not be happier from the experience I had today and the bidding process. These folks are down to earth and have been in the business for 35 years. He was honest, easy to talk to and let him know what I was looking for and did exceptional work at my home today. Very reasonably priced. I got six bids total and he actually came in slightly at the lowest price. But that does not mean I got crappy equipment. The equipment he provided me with today was a very good brand name that can be trusted. 10-year parts warranty and a 2-year labor warranty which nobody else provided the 2-year labor warranty. Just overall a great experience. I would recommend this company for either general maintenance on your systems or replacement of systems.

I recommend Top of the Line for your irrigation system. He found all of our sprinkler heads that have been buried for years, uncovered the underground valve boxes, and installed new shut off in such a timely manner I couldn't believe.
Call this small locally owned business and he'll make sure you're satisfied and everything works as if brand new!

David did a great job installing gas lines under our house and a new sink and faucet. He was always here on time, reasonable rates

Bad customer service. Workers were late, another worker cut too much wall out. Took additional weeks for the job to be completed. The owner Michael Street is very hard to get in contact with To discuss issues.
