I would HIGHLY recommend KS Electric. We bought our home in Brentwood just a year ago. While the electrical passed inspection, we later found numerous issues issues left by the previous owners who had some handy man do their electrical. We had three way switches not working, lights flickering, unsafe wiring outside. After our dimmer went out in the kitchen I needed someone fast. KS Electric was prompt to communicate and provided a very competitive bid. He came out the same day and completed the work. He even fixed some additional items that were found once we opened up the outlets. He communicated at each step of the way and held the pricing to our original bid even though he did more than what was quoted. He was extremely reasonable and I will he using him for some additional. It's not often I say it was a pleasure when working with tradesman but I can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife is happy to have lighting again.

Excellence in both services and professionalism. In the past I have dealt with other companies that have done just an ok job where I had to clean up behind! However I must say none of the other providers came close to the level of services, timeliness or prices! Very fair, competitive and Reasonable! Lyn Electric provided a very timely turnaround from when we first spoke until the jobs were completed with impeccable cleanup behind the jobs! I will proudly showcase any of their work and where I have had considerable work effort completed. Although the company name implies electrical services this company has expanded services and is equipped to support many other contracting needs and support services any home owner may need.

I have used Diamond TV Mounting for 7 of my TVs and Maurice has been very professional and clean. I used him on two different occasions. He mounted all TVs with hidden wiresHe is on time and a good communicator. I have one more TV for him to mount with a sound bar. I would definitely use him for all my TV mounting needs. Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems. On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows. All work accomplished in a timely fashion. Both teams cleaned up things before they left. Prices were reasonable. I even signed up for an annual service plan. Good folks!

Excellent customer service. The Airstream technician (I hate that I forgot his name) came to the house on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was told earlier by a Hiller employee that there could be a crack in the heating element of the gas furnace and that I couldn't use the heat. I was also told that I needed to replace the either the heating element or the entire furnace. I was terrified of turning on the heat due to fear of a carbon monoxide leak. The Airstream technician did an incredibly thorough job to make sure that everything was alright. I now have a comfortably heated home. If and when I need to replace anything, I will be calling Airstream.

I used Coolray for the first time Saturday, Joseph F came to service my heat/air pump. He was on time, explained everything in detail and even changed out my vent return free of charge! He was neat and very professional, I will request him every time. Joseph is a home grown young gentleman with skill and manners! If you have money to just throw away go see Lee company. I bought my dad a new ceiling fan, so to take it down and put up the new fan on a 8 foot ceiling using a step stool to get to cost over 310 dollars for less than an hour of work. Thinking about become an electrician if that's the money there making. That is just the labor not including the fee to come to the house. Greed at its finest.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer . First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company . We went ahead and went with the Lee Company simply because of the companies reputation . The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units . The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work ! The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work . I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company . I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done . Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 dispatch fee
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that, it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the dispatch fee. They say they can't do that
This is a racket.

I've had two experiences with Lee Company, one for electrical work and the other for a HVAC quote.
For starters, I booked an appointment and was given a four hour window of when the technician would arrive. I ended up having to reschedule because an hour and a half past the scheduled time slot, they still did not arrive. I ended up having to cancel and reschedule.
When the technician came out the next day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He was somewhat pushy with trying to pitch additional services and work.
All in all, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and the rate I was charged was reasonable. I was disappointed with the sales tactics and the tardiness but the technician did good work, the rate was reasonable, and he was courteous. I'm somewhat understanding of the tardiness due to the pandemic, but it was still pretty late even factoring that in.
I followed up with a HVAC quote (the first technician set that up). The second technician I worked with was also late. He was extremely pushy, and rude. Not only was I not told the truth (as I came to later find out), but he was incredibly rude and I had to pry to get basic information.
For example,
Me: What is the model you are quoting me?
Salesman:Why do you want to know? You wont find anything on it.
Me: Well this is potentially a big investment, so I'd like to do some additional research.
Him: How do you plan to research? Do you know people in the industry? You won't find anything.
Me: Well I would appreciate this basic info.
Him: Well I'll have to look up the model.
He also quoted a price and then used scare tactics if you go with another company, your house could be permanently damaged and you would be stuck with that damage. You dont want that, do you?
He also asked what other companies quoted the work. I was honest and told him that I planned to get 3 or 4 quotes, as this is a big investment.
He sneered and told me If you want to spend the time you can. You won't find another company that will do it cheaper, and if you do, they won't know what they are doing and you'll have some kid fresh out of school installing your HVAC and messing up your house.
He also asked what brand of unit I had been quoted and I said American Standard. He then said that We use Trane, which is better.
Me: Isn't Trane and American Standard the same thing?
Him: American Standard is a lesser make than Trane and is made differently.
When he left I did some research, and come to find out that American Standard purchased Trane's HVAC division in 1984, and they are now identical, with the exception being the name plate on the unit. Turns out they are made in the same places too.
I could provide other examples, but suffice to say, I couldn't wait until this guy left my house.
Needless to say, I will not be using Lee Company to meet my HVAC needs.
