Excellence in both services and professionalism.  In the past I have dealt with other companies that have done just an ok job where I had to clean up behind!  However I must say none of the other providers came close to the level of services, timeliness or prices!  Very fair, competitive and Reasonable! Lyn Electric provided a very timely turnaround from when we first spoke until the jobs were completed with impeccable cleanup behind the jobs!  I will proudly showcase any of their work and where I have had considerable work effort completed.  Although the company name implies electrical services this company has expanded services and is equipped to support many other contracting needs and support services any home owner may need.

We have had a home protection plan with the Lee Company for some years.  Jonathan and Seth came out today and did the free plumbing inspection.  Put silicon where needed on the shower handle.  Drained the water heater.  They were personable and professional.  We will implement their recommendation to rebuild the toilets so as to avoid the flappers failing when we are not here.

Great service, repairs done exactly as requested! HVAC specialist took pictures and videos before and after repairs. I find that to be very helpful. Highly recommended!

I have used NEI for over 7 years. Love... love Mr Dee and his men. They have repaired my appliances and installed new hot water heaters. If he can repair it he does but if he can't then I go buy a new one. He has been honest, reliable and professional at all times. I have recommended NEI to several of my family and friends.

I highly recommend this company.  They did both my AC work and some custom electric work.  Pricing was very reasonable.  I liked the fact they are locally owned. They were on time, friendly and offered some constructive and cost cutting ideas.

Contacted Yarbrough electric to install an entryway light and light fixtures above bathroom vanities as we prepared to put our home up for sale.  I was able to get a good deal via their Angie's List coupon and overall I was satisfied with the quality of installation performed, and friendly service.

Family owned business you can pick up on it right away from the moment you call.  I would refer them to a friend and would use their service again if I were living in the area still.

Helton's just left, and wow!  I couldn't ask for a better father/son team!  They double-checked my system, found the problem, and fixed it so quickly!  They were kind, professional, courteous, and very reasonable.  Rarely do I find servicemen with integrity like this.  Being a realtor, I am keeping this company on my Preferred List!!!  Well done and thank you so much for your help!

I used Coolray for the first time Saturday, Joseph F came to service my heat/air pump. He was on time, explained everything in detail and even changed out my vent return free of charge! He was neat and very professional, I will request him every time. Joseph is a home grown young gentleman with skill and manners! I was very pleased with my service and signed up for regular maintenance on my unit!

Not pleased with unresolved plumbing issue.  Paid for service but problem still exists.  Did nothing more than run an auger down pipe and then swipe credit card.  Gotta say I'm unimpressed., can't recommend Lee Company to anyone and will need to find a real plumber.

I can't really say how their work was because the technician never called me to schedule an appointment, even after two attempts on my part.

We have done business with Lee for a few years now. We had them come out and service our unit twice a year. Back around the 1st week of August we had a tech come out to service our unit. He went in the attic and outside the unit. Then went out to his truck and came back to tell me I owned 99 dollars for the service contract. There was no way cause the office normally tells us ahead of time. I had just paid the 99 back in December. He said sorry I cant finish without you paying. I said well let reschedule the service. The office was suppose to call us and here it is Sept and no one has yet to call us. We have gone to another company now cause we needed our unit serviced. Yes I should have called them but he said they would contact me. They need my business I didnt need their business.

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues.  Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

Worked with Lee Company to add an outdoor junction box and an outdoor outlet to my house.  They came out looked at what I wanted.  Quoted me a price.  Told me when someone would be out.  They were there on time, got the work done quickly and without disturbing anything I had going on at home.  They were done quickly, they did not have to even turn off the power!  Everything looked perfect, very professional polite people.  I would use them to do work at my house again.

I recommend any perspective LEE and Co customer to immediately run and not look back! Do not use Lee. I have paid a monthly fee for a service contract for two years. Until last night, I have not required them for any repair but last night, due to an emergency, I phoned their office.
My house was discovered to be 92 degrees when I arrived home from work. It was awful and even hard for me to breathe. LEE's after office recording said to leave my info and someone would  promptly return my call)

Unbelievably, I still haven't heard one word from anyone from Lee and company. I am cancelling my service contract, unauthorizing auto monthly payments from my bank account and request that they issue me a refund. Thank God for Kimbro, the other HVAC company who came to my rescue!
