Recently had various small repairs around the house and instead of calling various company, I decided to call this company.  They said they were able to do all the small repairs needed ie install and seal skylight, fix clogged pipe and redu a small portion of our flooring.  Pricing is fair but they were quick to respond and sent someone out right away to fix our issues.  Would definitely use again.

Evgenii is the absolute best!  We have been working him for over a year, and he continues to do a phenomenal job in assisting us with all sorts of household installation projects.  He is reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and always does fantastic work!  He is also incredibly polite and offers great suggestions when it comes to installation methods, products and tools, etc. No matter what you need help with, Evgenii can assist you and he will most certainly exceed your expectations.  I can't recommend him enough... he's the real deal.

Had a door curtain in a door frame between my room and the kitchen. Which wasn't a problem for awhile until I got a cat that wouldn't stay in my room, so I needed a door installed. Was quickly responded by Uchkun through Yelp, who sent me an estimate and soon after an appointment was set. I was worried I couldn't be assisted if I didn't have a door in hand for the installation to which he took care of that worry off my hands. He's very nice and very efficient. My cat is not happy but I most definitely am!! Thank you Uchkun.

I called to get a quote and was given a good price. I had a last minute emergency and needed help asap. I was able to get a handyman out in about 2 hours! The service from Chingis was punctual, thorough, the most affordable in town, and essentially perfect. Initially, I believed that my home only needed a replacement for one dimmer switch and a reattachment of one loose faucet. However, I asked Chingis to inspect the entire plumbing system of my home and he found a pipe leak that we had not known about for months. He fixed all the plumbing issues, recaulked the whole area around all our sinks, and completed several other house tasks that I had needed done for awhile. He also left the house very clean after finishing the work. All in all, I would recommend General Home Renovation as the best option for anyone in South OC who needs a prompt & top-notch quality handyman.
