Alex was able to come over the same day for power outage in our house today after a long day work. He quickly identified the problem was above the panel and suggested us to call LADWP right away so the issue can be fixed ASAP. LADWP came over soon and fixed the issue in about an hour. Alex is responsive, professional and trustworthy. He explained the possible issues very clearly. I'd definitely give him a call if we have any electrical needs.

East West installed my car charger and a new outlet under a laundry room sink (inside a cabinet), and replaced a couple of switches. Had them over twice to do the different projects. Responsive, reasonably priced, solutions-oriented, COVID-safe (i.e., no touch payment, masks, even booties inside the house), clear communication, and performed clean work. Nshan is definitely my go-to electrician from now on.

I was so happy to find an electrician in our neighborhood and I was pleasantly rewarded with a job well done.  We were building a large backyard deck with several complex lighting and electrical needs.  A First's response time was quick.  Understanding that we were in somewhat of a rush, Manuel was even able to move up our scheduled appointment since his guys were in the neighborhood.  His team was efficient and professional.  When our deck guy noticed some logistical issues the next day, Manuel quickly responded and came out himself to make the necessary adjustments.  It was a pleasure doing business with these guys.

Erik was reliable, efficient, and did a great job and left the place as clean as he found it. Things were a little more complex and he found his way through it to successful install of a new kitchen faucet. Will definitely use him again!

Billy was an absolute life saver for us.  We are in the middle of construction at our house, the breaker blew out, and our family of 5 was out of electricity.  We did not know what to do, and are so grateful that Billy was professional and so helpful over the phone.  He walked us through how to reset our panel.  It's so hard to find good customer service these days...but Billy was an example of excellent service and we hope we can do business with him again.

I called Chris and was given an appointment three weeks out, so I chose to take the appointment and wait. Same day, I sent him a calendar appointment through text. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm and he sounded confused and didn't even have me on his schedule for the appointment, but he said he could come anyway. Said he lost his phone in the water, or something like that.  He came out to do an evaluation and said he would email me a quote if I texted him my email address, which I did. Two weeks later and I haven't heard from him.  Bye, bye.

The service technician that they said named Yarin Turgeman Took the extra time to troubleshoot and really figure out the cause of the problem which is very obscure in a very old mobile home electrical system is split into two different circuit breakers and then you did above and beyond for a very fair price late in the evening on an emergent basis   U could not have been happier!

Bobby is the man! I'm so glad I called USA Electrical to give me a second opinion after a home inspection left me with a lot of questions. He was straightforward, honest and detailed in finding solutions to my electrical problems. He spent a long time checking and diagnosing the wiring issues in my condo. I never once felt like he was rushing to some other job. The level of care and detail that went into his work was second to none. I also appreciated that Bobby was clear and upfront with pricing so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I needed help to install double pole breakers on the main panel and run the wires over to the garage. I decided to go with Orlando after our initial meeting and was so glad I did; I found Orlando to be sincere, courteous and very knowledgeable in his field. His pricing was also fair and competitive to other quotes I received. He was very professional, responsive, showed up on time and stand by his work with warranty.

Orlando did an amazing and very thorough job; I really appreciate the time and effort he took to make sure the job was done right. I noticed many little things he did that may seem trivia to some but they made me sleep at ease knowing that he did them in great detail with high standard. Will showed up right on time and completed the job in less time than he had estimated.  He worked well with my handyman who was also working in my garage and they coordinated the electrical work and the drywall work.  I appreciate how Will easily became a team player.  Plus he brought his father in law along and my dog loved him.
