Best Faucet Repair in Austin TX
Great service and hard working. Did work efficiently and in good time. Friendly team. Would recommend for different tasks. We had doors removed and new doors hung, mulch in our front and back yard beds and around trees, cut and trimmed bushes trees, removed carpet from tile, and helped with heavy lifting of items in home. Reasonable priced.

Lewis was prompt, courteous, professional and quick. Also quoted the lowest price of all the handyman services I requested quotes from. Will definitely hire him again as needed.

Technician was fine.
Their pricing comes out of a book. I got a quote to bring two furnaces up to code by replacing a 3 foot long gas flex line going into the furnace with a small section of iron pipe, with a sediment trap. The quote was nearly $700, and their trip charge is $99. A competitor quoted me $250. Pricing is outrageous.

Danny is our go-to guy! He's super friendly, personable and a great communicator! We hired him to remove screens and light fixtures from our office space and he did such a fast job, we had him install some items into our new place! Very reliable and skillful. Thanks so much Danny.

I tried to fix my outside spigot and essentially ended up flooding the inside of my house. Within hours, Lance at 1st plumbing services came out and not only fixed my spigot quickly he made it better so I'll never be able to do this kind of damage again to my house. Lance was very friendly, knowledgable, and he helped me to get in contact with someone that will help with my water damage inside my house. I was lucky to happen upon 1st plumbing and even luckier to get Lance as my plumber. Thank you and I'll be using you guys for any future problems.

Salt has great customer service, but please find professionals that are not trying to milk every red cent out of you. They will call before coming to your home to ask if you'd like anything from the store, which was actually pretty impressive, however they will tell you that you need to do a million things to your house that's completely unnecessary. They'll give you best / better / good / bare minimum estimates for things, but the things they push for are things like whole home UV filtration as if we live in a hospital. They also charge several hundred $ to replace each and every outlet in our house and we did it ourselves for less than $5 each.
They also push you into a subscription plan that includes an AC tune up and signing up for this will eliminate their original dispatch fee. I thought the tune up would have been a good idea since we're new homeowners. They came out and it was just another selling opportunity for them to give me estimates in the several thousand dollar range when our AC works just fine. It's only a few years old. At worst it needs a little more Freon.
Their pricing model is outrageous, their subscription plan is just a foot in the door to try and sell you services you don't need, it's all just gimmicky.
Go with a local mom and pop electrician that's honest and not trying to sell you on things that are unnecessary.

I couldn't believe it, I heard they are the best, good customer service, I called them to fix A/C unit, they come on time, but the technician pushed us to make a wrong decision, he changed a piece of unit which was a new brand changed by Home warranty company just the day before, charged us 570$ saying we give you that as credit if you change the unit.(saying maybe works, but the other companies said it wasn't necessary) He gave us 3 options but didn't give us a quote by email or written when I asked for it, said NO!!!
Then He took the new piece with him without asking, that piece cost between 100 to 300$. Should I call police???
We called Customer service at the beginning they said ok we take back the piece, give back the money, but next day, they changed their mind. So just we got back the piece(Capacitor).
The question is can I trust Them????
