I needed two ceiling fans and a light fixture installed, so I looked around on Yelp for licensed electrical contractors. L&R responded quickly to my request for an estimate and showed up promptly at the time promised. The price was great, and the electricians were very professional. I didn't anticipate one of the ceiling fans being so complicated to assemble, but the electricians put it together in a snap. I'll definitely be using L&R in the future. Thanks!

I had a dead breaker that needed to be replaced, so I started calling around to electricians. I called and/or texted probably about six different companies and got various pricing and availability. The majority of the companies said they wouldn't be able to come out for weeks, which was not good for me because I didn't want to do without power to the items on that breaker for weeks. Others quoted pretty high prices for the repair. I decided upon Raptor Electrical Services for several reasons: 1. an actual human being answered the phone when I called rather than voice mail, 2. the actual human being - Priscilla - was SUPER nice and very helpful, 3. the electrician - Alejandro - would be able to come out in 2 days rather than weeks, 4. the price Alejandro quoted for the repair was lower than any of the other quotes I got that day. When Alejandro arrived to do the repair, he said that the problem wasn't the breaker. After doing some testing, he found that there was a wire in one of my light switches that wasn't connected properly and that was causing the problem! The repair ended up being even less expensive, and it all took less than an hour. I love these guys! They are now my electrical service. :)

Lucky us, our AC went out on the first two hot days of May :( After the AC repairman visited determined the issue was at the breaker, a friend referred me to Brad. I called him at the end of the day, he was able to come the very next morning 8a! Brad and his apprentice arrived a few minutes early and promptly inspected the AC unit which led him quickly to the breaker panel. He identified a bad breaker switch for the AC and replaced it - a simple $10 part and we were good to go! No upsell or fancy talk I've gotten from other various vendors in the past, just quick, simple, honest and professional service! Asked for some ballpark discussion about changing our kitchen and living room with canned lights, he provided recommendation and competitive estimate for the future job. I bought a used hot tub that required to be hard wired with a dedicated 50 amp line. They called me and set-up an in-house estimate the very next day. I had no clue what the cost would be but was provided 3 options to get the job done with all cost upfront.  Chris McDonald was great, very professional and caring listening to my needs and concerns.  They do have low interest financing for larger jobs and a maintenance program for electrical systems like my AC/ furnace which I signed up for and saved me a lot of money. Coworker Stacy Woodard came with Chris on the very next day, part of the holiday weekend and put in a full day's work in the heat of the day to get our power line installed and run over 40 feet from the power box to the spa. Chris even went online and pull up the manual to our hot tub model to have the correct wiring schematics. I would definitely recommend them for being top notch electricians making me feel much safer hiring a professional. They also sent text messages to keep me informed of their arrival time with the employee's picture and a little bio so I felt like I was inviting a friend into my home.

So thankful we found Dave when we did considering the faulty wiring we now know we have in our 10 year old house. He showed up promptly, was extremely thorough, showed us what was good with the wiring and what wasn't (actual burn marks behind outlets!), did great work and his pricing was very fair. Luis is a wonderful person and an excellent professional. We had other quotes for our project, but when Luis came over we were blown away by all his knowledge. He answered all our questions and made us feel reassured at all times. No upselling, 100% honesty (he even caught something our builder missed and he was honest enough to let us use the warranty instead of selling his services for it...).

We couldn't be happier about the result and the whole process. Luis an his assistant installed 3 pendant lights over our kitchen island and one chandelier over the dining table. No pre-existing wiring prior this process.

I requested an appointment ($59) from Bryant Electric Service because couple outlets in my rental property were not working according to my tenants. They responded very quickly. After the initial diagnosis, the electrician called to inform me that the issues were complicated so an in-depth diagnosis ($350 after waiving the initial $59 appointment fee) would be required. I didn't really have a choice since I was not present. I gave the technician permission to do the diagnosis. After the in-depth diagnosis , he told me that the GFCIs have tripped. All you need to do is to press the reset button. He continued to tell me that the two receptacle covers for the outlet located outside the house are damaged and that might have contributed to the GFCI tripping and recommended replacing them. I said ok and asked him for a quote. He told me it was $120 a piece. Honestly I have never purchased weather-proof receptacle covers before but that price struck me as ridiculously high. I asked him to explain to my tenants how to reset. While he was doing that, I went on Home Depot website and searched for the price. The price ranges from $5-$25 a piece. I called him back and asked him what is the difference between the one he quoted me on and the ones sold in Home Depot. He said his company carries different brand. When I asked him what brand it is, he said he didn't remember. I didn't agree for him to install them so he left. And I did end up buying $8 a piece from Lowe's and replaced them myself. So there I paid $350 for him to tell me resetting the buttons next time when it happened. The electrician is very knowledgeable no doubt.  I don't hold this against the electrician himself a bit. But there is obviously something going on with how the company asks their employee to get more money out of the customers unfairly. I will never recommend their service to anyone.
