Incredibly pleased with Avery and the work he did.  He responded same day as my quote request and within a day we had the details worked out and he was scheduled to the end of the week.

He was easy to communicate with via  text and arrived promptly with a notification that was nice to see.  He got right to work did some additional review mad measurements then got supplies.  He was here all day and did fantastic work.

The entire time he wore a mask,  was virtually a church mouse with the noise (not sure how he used a hammer and a nail gun!!), courteous, and made sure he took his shoes off or wore booties when necessary.

Best of all the results were spot on with what I needed.  Trim work, cabinet work, garbage disposal replacement.  It all turned out great it was worth turning it over to someone else to get it done and timely.  I was also very pleased with the price I thought it was more than fair.

We were doing an inspection on our home and needed the sewer line scoped to ensure the cast iron was in good shape. I called to get a few quotes and Efficient AC was $25 more affordable than others but had better reviews so I decided to try them. I didn't realize they were going to make a video of the lines and send it to me. That was an added bonus! The person I worked with, was extremely​ professional, very nice, and answered all my questions. I had to call customer service​ a couple times ahead of the appointment to make changes to the time and they were always very warm and inviting to chat with. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely​ call them for any future plumbing needs. Oh and added bonus, they are active on Yelp so you can talk to someone for a quote right within the interface.

What more can I say: Danny is The Man. Incredibly professional, thorough, and the best part, considerate (especially in these worrisome Covid times). His communication, scheduling, handywork (most importantly), billing - all flawless. I've used his services a few times now and I'm always impressed. Stephen at 1st Plumbing Services did the plumbing on our bath remodel. They moved a commode across the room which involved jack hammering some of the floor, moved and installed the shower drain and valves as well as the vanity valves and drain. It was all done flawlessly and he was able to come everytime we were ready for him. He just installed a new water heater as well. I highly recommend 1st Plumbing Services!

I needed two lighting fixtures installed, a smoke detector on a high ceiling replaced, a GFCI outlet replaced, and hard-to-reach light bulbs replaced. Brett and OJ at SALT did a great and efficient job with the requested items. Additionally, they conducted a thorough inspection and pointed out some future projects that need our attention to bring the house up to code.

The pricing is fair and Brett provided several options for me to select that would work within my budget.

Service above all others. Professionals looking and talking AC men.  They wore protective shoe covers while inside to protect my home.  My AC bill has dropped substantially sense we installed are smart system with zones back in the spring.  My home is over 3500 sqft.   My elec bill has dropped substantially in the hot months of June July and August. I can't wait to see what my 12 month history is going to look like come next spring.
